I mainly needed to mass delete tweets from years ago and this handled it fine. The preview feature helped me double check before removing anything. It’s not the prettiest interface, but it works.

They promote a free bulk delete service, but they do not provide even a single free option to test the accuracy of their services.

Service never provided
They ghosted my queries and haven’t allowed me access to the service I paid for. Am disputing this via my bank.
I purchased the premium service but I can't delete tweet posts using the normal method.
I was looking for a service which would run a regular, automated, task to delete my tweets over, say, 7 days old. In other words, when I tweet, a tweet will hang around for 7 days and then be gone. A tweet means either a standalone tweet, quoting a tweet, a retweet of a tweet and a reply to a tweet.
Tweeteraser (.com) claims to be able to do this so I paid them for their "expert plan".
I set up an automated task to delete all my tweets over 7 days old. Note that we're talking about very recent tweets here, and in my case there will only be tens of them at most. Old tweets, or a number of tweets that exceeds the Twitter API 3200 tweet limit are completely irrelevant to this scenario.
Here's what happens: the task runs every few days and deletes my tweets (great, on first glance) ... BUT... it does not delete my replies. Clearly this makes it not fit for purpose. Obviously there is no point in running a regular housekeeping task if I then have to go in and do most of the job manually.
Tweeteraser also provides an option that shows you your recent tweets. When I use this it fails to show my replies (note again that we're talking about very recent replies). This suggests that the issue is more to do with Tweeteraser not retrieving replies from Twitter or perhaps retrieving them and then ignoring them. Either way, it is an issue for Tweeteraser to fix.
I have been trying to engage with Tweeteraser's customer services for several weeks now and it has proved to be a frustrating experience where they refuse to acknowledge the problem and indeed don't even appear to understand a simple description of what the problem is. We then go round in circles.
Trying to speak to Tweeteraser's customer services results in one of the following:
1. Either they don't reply at all of have to be chased for a reply. This is not infrequent.
2. They try to tell me that the Twitter API does not allow replies to be retrieved (!) This is simply not true; it is one of its most basic functions and other Tweet deletion services DO show me my recent replies. Even after debunking their claim they still periodically put this forward as an explanation.
3. They say that my Tweets must be old, or greater than the 3200 limit, and so I need to get my Twitter archive and upload it to Tweeteraser. I have lost count of the number of times I have told them that I am talking about very recent tweets and so the Twitter archive is completely irrelevant.
The above goes on and on. If I tell them that the Twitter API does retrieve replies then they tell me that the issue is the lack of archive, and vice versa. And that's when they actually respond.
Either their customer services are incompetent and do not understand the issues they are supposed to help with, or this is wilful evasion.
I have asked for a refund because they are not providing the service I paid for and they refused. Taking money under false pretences as Tweeteraser has done is called theft.
It's bad enough that there is a problem that needs to be fixed but dealing with this sort of customer "service" is far worse. All they need to do is understand and acknowledge the issue and fix it. The way the have treated me, a paying customer, and given me the run-around is disgraceful and completely unacceptable. It is easily the worst customer "service" I have encountered, and that's saying something. Incompetence is one thing but lies, evasion and attempts to deceive are on another level.
The sad thing is that if this simple issue were fixed it would be an excellent service that I would gladly recommend. It "nearly works". They are either deliberately excluding replies from the system or it is a programming error. Either way they need to fix it. If they are determined to ignore the problem then they need to return my money.
As things stand I have to urge everyone to stay well away from this outfit. If I could give them zero, or negative, stars I would not hesitate. You have been warned.
Scrolling through my profile feels like flipping through a photo album of my proudest moments. The clutter is gone, leaving a curated timeline of achievements and milestones. Followers love seeing my story unfold so clearly. It feels like sharing my life’s journey in the best possible way. Every post tells a meaningful story now.
I used to feel embarrassed about sharing my Twitter with others. Now, my timeline is polished and filled with content I’m proud of. It feels empowering to showcase my profile confidently, knowing it reflects the best version of me. Friends have even started recommending my account to others. Confidence really changes everything.
SCAM! I started subscirption on 9th and was in queue the 71st! today, one week later, i'm still on 71st position. Support anwered with a copy & paste message and ghosting and not answering any questions. I reported the payment to my credit card company and get my money back hopefully!
I believe they are scammers. I had to know before i pay. Because they dont see the details unless you pay for it and after you pay for it, nothing works on the website. Paid for nothing, thank you.
Absolute scam. Poor at finding your tweets. Slow at first, and now two weeks in, it stopped working completely.
