I subscribed to the Expert Plan on tweeteraser.com on March 10, 2026, paying COP $957.04 per day billed monthly, expecting immediate access to advanced features like bulk follower management. But after payment, my account is still locked on the free plan! I've tried logging out, clearing cache, and even contacting support via email, but no response yet. This is frustrating and feels like a scam – why take my money if you can't deliver? As someone relying on this for my X account growth, it's a huge letdown. Unusable Service and Misleading Pricing – No Refund
I purchased a subscription to TweetEraser expecting to access and delete my tweets, as advertised. I have around 6,500 tweets, but after paying I could only see 1 tweet, meaning the service was completely unusable. I was unable to view or delete any tweets and received zero value.
When I contacted support, they replied with generic excuses about API changes and directed me to upload instructions instead of actually fixing the issue. Their responses did not address the real problem and offered no solution or refund.
This service did not work as promised, and the support team’s replies were unhelpful and evasive. I asked for a full refund since I never received a usable service, but this has not been resolved. Very disappointed.
