mixed bag

Customer service is prompt, but my current issue is still unresolved. In the past my experiences have been great - I have ordered med/travel kits, and they were sent without issue, but I ordered 5 kits in one order, received one (which took a few weeks), and then received another today (but I'm still missing 3, so having to contact them again. One kit was sent missing a medication, which they sent me separately promptly. Ordering refills has been a complicated process, but I also understand the potential medical liability of sending prescription medications to people that can be used w/o a timely medical evaluation of the condition to confirm the appropriateness of use, potentially. My experiences with urgent cares and ER's since COVID have all been very frustrating and expensive, and I have often seen other people charged ridiculous amts to be seen and not receive any care of consequence - the current standards of care in CO are questionable, the quality of care very poor. Many people have been hospitalized b/c they presented with an infection that required antibiotics, and they were blown off presumptively 'viral' until they were so bad they nearly died, driving people with severe viral infections to not go in until it's too late to use antivirals, also. It's a losing proposition - I'm grateful for The Wellness Center model and access to actual health care. Most of the medications in the kits we are highly unlikely to ever need - it would be great if there was some customization on the kit orders, but I can understand why there wouldn't be.

Terrible company! Liars!

My sick/dying father ordered emergency kits from this company. Being 80 years old did not see or understand the fine print. Paid over $900 for these kits we never received. Called the company for refund customer service said to fill out paperwork in the email. I filled out the email did not feel like my parents understood all what was involved immediately called customer service back and said no, we want a refund. We don’t want a doctors call over the phone. We don’t want any of that. Please cancel and refund this please. She said sure I will escalate this and we will email you tomorrow never received an email. My Father passed away soon after. Credit card statement came in with $900 still on it from this company. No phone calls. No emails. Disputed with credit card company. The wellness company submitted “evidence” basically what made the company look good saying we didn’t follow through. I AM SO SORRY, WHAT? I asked for to to stop everything and wanted a refund. NEVER GOT THE “doctors” phone call, or the customer service email, OR EVE THE PRODUCT!!! THE WELLNESS COMPANY IS THE ONE WHO FAILED TO FOLLOW THROUGH.

This company states to allow 2 to 3…

This company states to allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after the Dr consultation, it's been nearly 5.
I called their customer service number twice. The 1st representative made me feel as though I was a burden to her, the 2nd rep was more cordial.
Today I filled a dispute with my bank and coincidentally I received an email from TWC stating that my order was shipped.
After spending $500.00 on a product, I would expect prompt delivery and better customer service, even an email saying we haven't forgot about you would go a long way.

Healthcare that partners and cares.

Hello, I have been a customer/patient of the Wellness Company for over two years, and an unofficial student of Dr. Peter McCullough for longer, who I first learned of through his numerous educational interviews during the Covid-19 period. During this most challenging period of time for humanity, I discovered Dr. Peter McCullough was one of few Doctors who courageously didn't blindly follow the “medical expert” herd, in placing profit over principle, but rather objectively, thoughtfully and kindly provided accurate data and intelligent and wise counsel, so victims of Covid-19 could freely make informed healthcare decisions concerning their bodily autonomy, (rather than peddling a one size fits all approach to Covid-19, administered under draconian threats and punishment for those who weren't in Covid-19 lock-step) in keeping with the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm, even when faced with punitive, vindictive consequences for not adhering to the Covid-19 “group think” of the vast majority of so-called healthcare professionals, medical experts and government bureaucrats on the payroll.

The Wellness Company approach to healthcare is revolutionary, in that they integrate the synthetic with the holistic. I have discovered their products are of superior quality, effectiveness, and their customer service is exceptional.

The Wellness Company kindly and professionally partners with their customers/patients to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer/patient, all things considered. Naturally, best results are achieved for the customer/patient when they cooperate with the intelligent and wise counsel of the healthcare professionals at the Wellness Company, and in taking a daily active role in their healthcare, in consuming a healthy diet, not to include poisonous "food" loaded with additives, preservatives, and other cancer causing carcinogens, more than sufficient sleep for one's emotional, mental and physical needs, daily exercise to include a brisk walk (at least 20 to 30 minutes) meditation, relaxation, prayer, as well as healthy, do no harm relationships with their fellow humans, avoidance of tobacco products, and other dangerous and unhealthy mode altering chemicals, and the consumption of Wellness Company products to achieve optimum emotional, mental and physical health.

I had great experience with customer support who promptly and professionally/politely responded to all my questions/concerns. However delay in delivering the product was quite frustrating. I ordered on April 28th, and the product arrived on June 17th

Scam! They are taking our money and not sending the product!

I ordered the home safety kit 4 months ago . I was charged. I cannot get a direct phone number or an email that doesn't change daily and can I get an answer. This is a total scam. Now I'm having to go to my Banks to try to figure out if I can do a chargeback from 4 months ago. This is absolutely a travesty. Especially with Dr Drew on the front of these commercials!

I ordered a travel kit in the middle off May for a trip leaving on the 22 of June. Inspite of calling in to their customer service four days before my trip and nothing
has arrived. I've been given a bunch of excuses about excessive demand, but if you can't fill an order in a month and take my money immediately, you suck! These people might make a good product ,but their service is terrible. forget the TV ads put some money in service

Update on The Wellness Company

I just received a phone call from the Wellness Company and they apologized for the delay on my order made on April 8th. They informed me that they are going to expedite my order. This was a lot better than receiving AI generated emails!

Replenishment Costs and limits

Our Kit came in Oct. 2025. Two of the drugs expired in Mar and Apr 2026. To reorder will cost $105.00. Each of the drugs is $30.00 and then the consult fee of $45.00. A person, that has insurance, is better off taking their chances waiting in an Urgent Care to be treated. The other drugs included will expire this Oct. and they are each $30.00

Still waiting 2 months so far for product. Just get excuses and promises. Have called multiple times. They never call back but always promise to get back to us. They collected our $600 up front and tell us we can’t have a refund. Not sure how to proceed but extremely disappointed and agitated. Wish I had read reviews. Could have had the Ivermectin from a different source months ago. Terrible service. I never write reviews but this had to be the exception.

AVOID AT ALL COST! SCAM

SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!

I have no agenda! I was scammed and I am trying to warn others! Please believe!

I placed an order for replenishment medication through their online platform. My Amex was immediately charged for the full amount of this purchase.

Despite the immediate charge, I have not received any order confirmation number, tracking information, or subsequent communication regarding the status or shipment of my order. As of today, five weeks have elapsed since the initial transaction, and the ordered medication has not been delivered.

In an effort to ascertain the status of my purchase, I contacted their customer service department multiple times. Several of the representatives I spoke with were unable to provide any specific details or updates concerning my order, which has significantly compounded my frustration.

From patterns and consumer feedback indicates potentially deceptive and exploitative practices, warranting a thorough investigation into their ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

I’ve utilized the wellness company for purchases since the COVID 19 days when I wanted to be prepared with medications in case we were locked down and /or restricted ! The ease in which to order and the level of quality products made in the USA were important to me ! These products have literally been responsible for saving my husbands life with the ivermectin menbendazole compounded formula. He had a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and we got him started in the product one month after he was diagnosed and he had a pet scan in May that showed no metabolic activity. This is incredibly encouraging and we owe it to the Wellness company for making it easy to order this sought after compounded formula.

Thank you for all you do. We are blessed to have had the knowledge of your company and products.

Many emails later I found out they input my address wrong but somehow want to blame me for it even though a previous email from them confirmed they already had my correct address. Terrible customer service!!
