Economics HL and Maths AI HL tutoring…
I've been doing the IB and struggled with Maths AI HL. I found Andrei especially helpful here, as he managed to explain complex topics to me in a simple, understandable way. Even if you still haven't understood it the first time, Andrei always tries to find another way to explain the topic. I am very grateful for his effort to line out some of these technical parts into understandable topics .

There was multiple things in my experience that needed a great one of them being the way that she explained was always interactive. It was always you writing something or she was writing something. Another thing was that she always had breaks in between lessons in order for the student to relax a bit and not be overstimulated.

Unauthorised transaction and refusal to refund
I booked 15 lessons and these were fab. I then had money taken from my account for another 15 lessons. These were not authorised and despite communication with the company they are refusing the refund the money which is over £1000

Just to clarify, we never automatically charge accounts unless a balance goes into the negative. In this case, your account continued into additional lessons beyond the prepaid hours, which resulted in a negative balance.
We did reach out several times in the lead up to the package being used up, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. As a result, the account was renewed in line with our terms to cover the lessons that had already taken place.
If you’d like, we’re very happy to go through this with you in more detail and find a way forward.
1st Demo Class with Jessica
Jessica was a very patient tutor and was really nice and slow in teaching me during our first demo class, I’m looking forward to doing more serious classes with her and seeing how her teaching unfolds. Very calm and smooth class!
