Turner hire in Inverness were fantastic. They were so helpful and professional when my car broke down on holiday . I can’t thank the staff enough.

Difficult car return:
The person who should have received our car back didn't show up in time. So we had to leave the car open with the key inside. That was a little insecure situation that ended well. So it was at least not a proper car return, but we are fully satisfied with anything else.

Very bad start with Turner personnel 30 minutes late and at another meeting point than the one defined. Car delivered without the necessary baby seat.
However both personnel and their manager made everything possible to correct the mistakes and minimise their impact. Problems were solved and a commercial gesture was provided and appreciated.
Overall -in spite of the start- a good service once everyone got involved in problem-solving.

The only negative is the lack of any on-site parking

The staff were patient and helpful as I hadn't hired a car before. I booked online with ease and their weekend rate was really reasonable. I booked a large people mover for a camping trip and got a one-year-old Ford Galaxy with all mod cons in great condition. The Altringham location was convenient to me. Thanks.

Sorted me with the kind of vehicle I needed at short notice, 4x4 pickup with truckman top. Vehicle itself is doing the job I needed it for but only gripe is it's a little bit banged up. Staff were fantastic and got me a solution straight away. Had chance for a price match, off another company but was very impressed with how helpful and friendly staff were at Turners and how quickly they came up with a solution. Would highly recommend.
