Superb customer service and competitive prices

Superb customer service. The car was fine though there was a problem with the air conditioning just after pickup. They made arrangements to swap the car at our hotel the following day, but the a/c started working, so unnecessary. The meet and greet service was exceptional, but the drive back tom their depot to complete the paperwork took 20 minutes or so. Also very competitive pricing for Festival time. I would definitely use them again.

Aussie Tartan golf tour

Davie and the team at Turner’s were great to deal with and the 6 seater vans that Davie recommended were exactly what our group of 8 golfers needed for our 2 week journey around Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The communication and customer service were excellent and the price was great.

Turner provided excellent service

Turner provided excellent service for our family of five. We leased a FORD Galaxy and drove to Fort William. The drive was superb, enhanced by the precision of our car. The staff at Turner picked us up from our rental and quickly accommodated us to the car. When we returned it, they once again drove us to our hotel. Everything about Turner was efficient and very friendly.. A real pleasure. I've rented from the larger corporations for many years; next time in Edinburgh, its Turner first.

Very helpful staff. Quick and easy to book a vehicle. And to change should you choose the wrong vehicle online.
