Derek presented a wealth of information in a very easy tp understand manner, and the structure of the course with the frequent use of exercises allowed for real world application. As someone with no experience in Scrum, it was wealth worth the time.

I truly enjoyed this two day course it was engaging, fun, but most importantly Derek's ability to make you feel at ease. He took the time to answer our questions and explain topics in more detail when needed.

The course was concise, helpful, and Derek was a great presenter with a wide amount of experience. Not only did we learn about SCRUM and the role of a PO in the framework, but we learned a lot about recommended practice and methods as well.

He used real life examples, and provided help on issues that a team might be encountering.

Derek is really a world-class trainer. The combination of his knowledge, experience, good manners, charisma and even his superb British accent made the course a great experience. The course content was also very good and comparative to the 2 days which I invested, I have learned a lot. The course also provided the right direction to continue my learning and very useful tips for the PSM II exam.

PSM 2 course content was very good and material made the learning interesting. Thank you for that. Breaks were scheduled well to ensure it is not over burdened and could help me manage other activities. Derek was cool as a cucumber and very knowledgeable. Lots of group exercises and discussions helped to re-enforce the learning.

The training offers a lot of Scrum to learn in two days. Derek delivered the training to our very inquisitive group, always answered any questions we had, addressed all the important topics and still managed to finish in two days. His method of intertwining theory and practice kept us all engaged and gave us a first experience of some of the Scrum techniques.
Having been in Product Manager roles for a number of years, I can confirm that the trainer is not only instructing the course but has a deep understanding of Product Management discipline.

The CSM course with Derek Davidson is exactly what to expect from a cleverly and meticulously crafted learning plan. When you finish the course, you know the framework in full and the best about it is that it was so interactively and well taught that you don't see the time passing by during the course. Kudos to Derek and Turbo Scrum for the great learning experience they provide.

The course contained a lot of information which Derek explained brilliantly. He took time to explain every point and answer any questions that we had extensively. I came out of the sessions with a greater understanding of scrum and product management/ownership.
