The Customer service team was very helpful in helping me ro resolve a little issue

It was a bit of a scam. I was online interested in the adverted item and my money went to turbo4ride. They seem to be moving rather quickly with the refund and for that, I am grateful.

I had a membership concern and it was handled in a very professional and timely manner! This company takes customer service very seriously.

There was a charge on my credit card, which I did not initiate. I informed turbo4ride.com spoke to agent Max, he was very helpful to rectify my issue. Although he said there was no refund as a company policy, I stressed that I had never made this purchase. The Max went the extra mile and put me to his supervisor for decision of refund. His supervisor was very good and viewing my circumstances approved the refund. Thank you much gentlemen, for your prompt attention and professional sevice. There should be more customer and support agents and managers in the world like both of you.

The best part of my experience was the speed of responses from the team that handles inquiries. I had responses to my e mails within minutes. I am still waiting for my issue to be fully resolved. The only reason i'm connected to this site is due to false advertising from somewhere, that advertised an item this company does not even sell, which led to a 2nd charge that no one can seem to understand.
