Never signed up for this merchant. I got directed to turbo4ride due to false advertising on Facebook. But Eugene fixed my issue and got my money back to me and cancelled my membership.

I had charges to my account and the customer rep I got had done a great job by rectifying the situation. It was addressed by Eugene.

I wanted to cancel my account because I did not remember signing up for it.
I contacted them and they have been so helpful and actually kept their word. There were no lies or trying to fool me. They are very honest and do what they advertise. There should be more companies like this.
I highly recomend them.

This website is a scam. I never signed up for a membership with this company. Some how I was redirected to their website and thought I made a purchase of something else. I did not know that I signed up for a membership. I never got the item I purchased and I never got an email telling me that I signed up for any membership. It wasn’t until I noticed all the fees coming out of my account for no reason. I called the number and email trying to get my money back and they only wanted to give me one payment back. This is an awful way to get peoples money and this site needs to be shut down ASAP!! They are also writing their own reviews. All the reviews that are good are back to back, like one day after the other, and they don’t look like real reviews. Please be aware of this site. Also their products are over priced and u can buy all the stuff they have in any store like Walmart. This site has only be going since 2025 if that tells people anything! Another women had the same problem has me and it seems like it happened on the same day.

It's a scam! I did not sign up for their service. I was redirected to their site while trying to purchase a product that I saw advertised on Facebook. When I saw that this had happened, I thought that i had ended the purchase process. I was subsequently charged twice in early August after which I terminated it, via email, or so I thought. Then, I was charged again August 18. I phoned them on August 19 to express my anger about this and they reluctantly agreed to refund half of the latest charge (big deal!). I asked them several times to make sure that my account had been terminated and that there would be no further charges to my credit card. Again, I want to reiterate that this is a slimy way to do business and, in my opinion, is fraudulent.
