Go with Congo airlines is better

Do not fly with this company trust me I m on one of they’re airplanes when writing this review and in business class with an hour and fifty minutes delay let me tel you even flying on economy with Congo airlines is better than this pile of trash

The worst Airline!!

The worst Airline!!!
For the past 10 years I don't recall a time that Tunis Air has left on time. The passengers are so used to delays that it would be a shock if the plane left on time. The Aircrafts are so old and dirty that they look rundown.
What the Airline charges is ridiculously overpriced for a ticket for such a cheap flight. Staff are so rude to the passengers and the service is a joke. The Managers Airline management are corrupt as they are greedy because they just take and never give. They are milking the national Airline with no mercy at all and no one can put stop to the corruption.
The Tunisian government needs to wake up and put a stop to it. There should be more policies monitoring Tunis air airline representatives to help save money and use it to improve the airline instead of it going to the greedy and corrupt!

What a rubbish airline

What a rubbish airline. The airplanes air us 320 just look as if they have never been cleaned and look like a metro express in my new york 30 years ago. No information. Treated like sheep. No professionalism. Looks like a real shaky airline.

We supposed to take a flight from…

We supposed to take a flight from London to Tunisia then cairo, the flight was delayed for more than 3 hours with absolutely nobody to tell us what was going on , then the flight in Tunisia was delayed again for more than other 3 hours, so the journey that was supposed to take around 7.45 h took more than 14 and still nobody cares, absolutely trash company, very unprofessional, i could do better job if i ran a company with my friends

Bad catering and locking up toilets for cabin crew use.

Tunisair uses quite old aircrafts on its Dakar-Tunis flights. Although they we were late on the way Tunis, they arrived relatively on time and same with on the trip back from Tunis to Dakar on 25 September which was quite noteworthy for the share lack of care of passengers. We were basically served penne pasta, no fish or meat; rice and pea cold salad, no vinaigrette or cream or anything, and a bread bun, no butter or cheese, that is it. Don't even talk about desserts. After the stop over in Conakry and the refueling for Dakar, we were served nothing to Dakar. No refreshments nothing.
There are two toilets in the economy cabin, the cabin crew locked up one of the toilets, and left all passengers to use only one throughout the flight from Tunis. Mind you this is an A320 plane that was almost full, in a pandemic era. Apart from the catering and toilets, they were ok. The region is full of bad services from airlines sadly.

Absolutely dreadful.

Flight booked for 19 Aug, they email to say my flight details have changed, it’s now 10 Aug. 9 days earlier than I booked with no option to click “no thanks, give me a refund”. I had heard bad things, now I see why. The expect me to drive to a tunisair office to sort out my refund. A shambles.

Never again!

If it was possible to give a 0 rating I would do it. 3 hours late, no explanation, a missing luggage at the arrival to Dakar, still waiting it after almost one week. This is just upsetting. And there is no body to talk too.

Not reliable and very often late

Not reliable and very often late. Booked a direct flight Marseille to Tunis. In Marseille after 3 hrs delay we were embarked on a flight from Marseille to Paris and the a second from Paris to Tunis, without any prior notice. Arrived in Tunis at 04.00am after a sleepless night.

The sh**ttiest service, with an amazing delay..if you like to spend years at an airport fly with them..

Really expensive too and the planes are almost falling apart !!

I’ve been always disappointed when I fly with them that’s why for the past 5 years I’d rather have a 30 stop over flights and be back to Tunisia on time than fly with them

You can actually reach the heavens and even God himself but not Tunisair customer service and when you managed to get thru to somebody you start hating yourself and everything around you.

As a Tunisian I hope this sort of a company go bankrupt or at least get stripped of being the national flag carrier.

They denied me boarding due to…

They denied me boarding due to Overbooking and still didn't give me a refund after a month.
Everyone i talk to sends me to another one and finally i went to their HQ but the security didn't let me enter because apparently you need an appointment and after an hour and a half they contacted a representative on the phone which after hearing my problem only gave ne an email instead of resolving it.
And now i sent an email and as usual no response.
What a rip off.

Do not book book any flight with them! They are very bad with information to their passangers and They are very difficult to reach.
The cancel and delay the flights.
They requested extras payment of 110 euros for a one cabrine bag.
My bagages after 12 days didn't arrive til today on a flight from Istanbul.

A dreadful airline tha normally flies…

A dreadful airline tha normally flies late and has little notion of customer care. I award it a zero rating.

Our flights in April 2020 were cancelled but Tunisair did not notify us beforehand nor initiate contact after the flight date to discuss the matter. Requests for a refund were ignored, I sent emails to Uk and Tunisia, used Resolver (the MoneySavingExpert website), contacted the Tunisair UK Station Manager, used the Tunisair complaint website and sent a hardcopy complaint to the Tunis HQ. Nothing worked, I was either ignored or given the 'run round'.

Finally I engaged the credit card company and finally, a few months later, received a refund. My advice is: do not use Tunisair if there is an alternative airline because 'they don't care at Tunisair'. If you need a refund, complain directly to you credit card company, to use any other route is a fruitless waste of time.
