I’ve had such a positive experience

I’ve had such a positive experience, after reading all the reviews on here, FB and Etsy I did have my concerns but the seller seemed so loverly communication wasn’t the best and sometimes I did find it a little hard to get hold of her. But I received a notification of DHL and the next day my dress was here after ordering it only took 4 weeks to come. The dress is the most perfect dress I’ve ever seen so beautiful and the detail. Overall I’ve had a loverly experience 😊 and I’m so glad I took a chance. My daughter looks like a real life Disney character. thank you very much tulle boutique for the most amazing dress

Didn't receive order

Didn't receive order. Luckily I always pay via PayPal so easy to be refunded. Very disappointing as the dresses look incredible. Said she'd post but then ignored when I tried to check tracking info. Don't bother. Wish I'd checked here first

Scammer/liar/shocking!

Ordered a Halloween & unicorn birthday tutu last year 2024! Order didn’t turn up in time, excuse after excuse & fobbed off! Apparently her dad died! So of course I was understanding & empathetic! Even though my daughter was left with no costume for Halloween & she was so upset! Her birthday dress was late by about 2 weeks & only reason it turned out ok was because party was postponed due to illness! I stupidly gave the benefit of the doubt & ordered again this year for my daughters birthday (more fool me) again order didn’t turn up! My daughter’s birthday was 31s oct it’s been & gone but was then hoping to have it for Xmas! It’s Now been 12 weeks of being fobbed off & excuses! She doesn’t get back to you when she says she will, or says she can explain & then doesn’t, she says she’ll send email with tracking… you guessed it… she doesn’t & says she’ll post it by Friday then it will be there by the next Friday after me saying I want a refund, But of course the order doesn’t turn up on fri…surprise surprise! & the real shocker & kick in the teeth she only tried using the same excuse as last year … that her father had died! JUST SICK! TOTAL SCAMMER! Then she got irate, even voice noted me angrily then switched to even trying to guilt trip me when I called her out on it… then after all that …she wished me a merry Christmas!!!!!! … the woman is unhinged! Now to see if I actually get my money back! The most shocking, unprofessional & disgusting service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Zero stars & will never order from here again! Do not fall for the fake sob story like I did! Have screenshots of convo too & her voice note!

wish i could put ZERO stars

wish i could put ZERO stars. ordered for halloween (which is tomorrow) asked where my order was on monday & was told it was being sent monday, contacted her today as it still hasnt arrived, it hasnt even been made or shipped because shes been so busy on halloween so just hasnt fulfilled orders:) now my daughter is left without a costume on halloween. and been told i have to wait 2 weeks for refund which i probably wont get. DO NOT ORDER

Blocked me after I threatened action…

Blocked me after I threatened action fraud when they didn't deliver a dress I ordered.

Numerous excuses and shocked to see this business still running.
Threatening action fraud was the only way to get a refund. Been a while now but she's a dirty scammer.
Won't let me put the date it happened as it's further back but scammers don't change.

Incredible dress

This isnt a straight forward review. I ordered my little girls dress and did find the lack of communication very frustrating HOWEVER to put your minds at rest girl mums, my dress arrived within the timescale advised and is the most incredible little ott princess dress!!! I cannot wait to see my little prinnys face when shes her dress as it really is a little girly girls dream! It came beautifully packaged and the tulle is so full, the gems are just adorable too! Would i order again... yes would i allow more time so i wasnt so stressed... yes! The only let down was a lack of communication but im really hoping that something can be done there even if its an auto response to explain that slow communication is normal due to how busy her business is. But i hope this review reassures some of that are searching like i was!! She isnt a scammer the dress is real and incredible.

Finally received the sparkly peppa pig…

Finally received the sparkly peppa pig dress today, although a little lster than the 4 weeks turnaround time it states, it is absolutely out of this world. Beautiful detail & I know my 3 yr old granddaughter will wear it everyday.
Although communication was a little frustrating, and I was beginning to think it was not a genuine page, I got a message & everything was explained .
I will be ordering again , the wait is worth it, & hopefully communication will be better this next time x

The product never arrived after 8 weeks…

The product never arrived after 8 weeks of correspondence with the company they kept saying it would be with you on such a date but never arrived the company have lost a lot of money as my granddaughter has a new costume at every event

Don’t bother

Ordered a dress it came with my daughters name spelt wrong so she didn’t wear for her party, contacted again she said she would send a new patch out with correct name never bothered to do it, been contacting from 2023 and still no reply just excuses or doesn’t reply all together. Deletes comments on Instagram. Not the first bad review I’ve seen. Wouldn’t bother ordering again which is a shame as the dress was lovely but customer service unbelievable

Avoid making purchases from Tulle…

Avoid making purchases from Tulle Boutique Tutus.

Those who are familiar with me understand that I typically refrain from criticizing small businesses, as I prefer to support entrepreneurs. Recently, I have placed numerous orders with various dressmakers and custom designers for SG's party and the arrival of a new baby, all of which have been delivered and have exceeded my expectations. However, today I am extremely frustrated. I ordered a custom dress for a Girls Stitch birthday party dress for SG's celebration, and I have yet to receive the dress, nor have I encountered any customer service assistance.

The order was confirmed on June 12th. Over the past few weeks, I have reached out to TULLE BOUTIQUE TUTUS multiple times on different days, but I have only received a generic response stating that they would get back to me this adventure began 22nd of July trying to get some customer service. Finally, on July 27th, after commenting on their Facebook page, I received a reply indicating that my order would be shipped that day (Thursday). I messaged them several times after this, but there was no response until I commented again on their Facebook page, at which point I was told they would check on my order, only to be ignored once more.

31st of July asked if it was finished was ignored once again several times and then asked my order number argue for a while when a finally got a response.

7th of august messaged again as dress had not turned up and tracking had no information on it. Generic messages back.

8th of august told new one made and will be sent next day delivery.

9th of august told I haven’t sent it you never told me to.

11th of august messaged again no response.

The thought of my daughter being without her dress for her party, which she has been eagerly sharing with everyone, is infuriating, especially considering that the order was placed eight weeks ago and was supposed to arrive within four weeks. In my opinion, this is akin to stealing from a child, which is truly reprehensible. I am fortunate enough to be able to initiate a refund process today, but my child is currently without her Stitch Dress, which is central to her party's theme. The level of anger I am experiencing is beyond comprehension.

Please share this information and warn others against making purchases from this business. I’m not the only one seen several others on the page to contact her we are just deleted and ignored.

Have attached photos for reference.
Have contacted bank and trading standards as well as other relevant authorities to steal from children in my opinion is the lowest of the low.
