Ordered on line and paid on line. A day later advised no stock! That was no stock of any alternatives. WE have always had excellent service from TT and were disappointed at the situation. We have had to go elsewhere and our payment was refunded. They did say that they were working to sort the website issue out. Charles

I recently visited TT Pumps on behalf of the Audlem and District Bowling Club to seek help with a broken pipe and elbow connection for our crown green irrigation system. Despite having no prior association with the company, the level of service I received was world-class.

I was met by Gareth Reece and Mark Pritchard, two consummate professionals who went above and beyond. When it turned out they didn’t have the specific parts we required in stock, they didn’t turn me away. Instead, they utilized their extensive manufacturing shop to modify and install a bespoke, handmade repair right then and there.

The attention to detail didn't stop at the workshop. Sales Director Ben Nash was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything was handled perfectly. I was also struck by the facility itself; the entire site was remarkably clean and organized—clearly not just "polished for a visit," but a true reflection of their daily standards and pride in their work.

It is rare to find a company that combines "old school" craftsmanship and ingenuity with such a modern, professional facility. A huge thank you to Ben, Gareth, and Mark for getting our clubs crown green irrigation systemback up and running!

I engaged with TT Pumps to install a private Pump at a large dwelling which had to discharge into a secondary pumping station. The installation and commissioning went really well and the two engineers who carried out the work were excellent. They were very professional and courteous, they listened to what I wanted and explained the whole process to me in detail. On completion of the work they confirmed what they had done and explained the operation instructions to me, Simply and precisely. I am delighted with the Pump and the service received from the company as a whole. I would recommend TT Pumps to anybody requiring their services.

Amazing service from Karl Hewitt & the TT Flow team, we received a call from a client with a pumping station that needed an urgent 5" NRV replacement due to cold weather damaging the in-situ valve ... from an email enquiry on Tuesday late PM the valve was on site with the client by noon the following day, this included out of hours contact with Karl and a full update of the valve both leaving TT's yard and arriving safely on site with a very happy client, thanks again for an amazing service and helping to keep the water flowing.

We’ve recently completed a water pipework and controls project at an American airbase within the UK. Nighttime break-ins to the system were critical to the base’s daily operations. We would give TT pumps TEN STARS if possible because they have been one of our suppliers for 20 years or more and they are one of our best suppliers. The service levels are second to none and we highly recommend them to anyone.

Repeatedly outstanding customer service, this time it was a short notice request for an O&M manual for a 225mm Penstock, which was recieved literally minutes after the initial request.

very helpful staff

I was phoned by T-T Pumps to check on the dimensions of the valve I needed which which was very helpful. The gate valve arrived very quickly and was good quality. I was very impressed with the service.

Recently used TT Pumps for a new foul water pumping station. The install went great and when encountering issues with the adopting water authority TT Pumps were very helpful in getting these resolved amicably and to the satisfaction of all parties.
