I wanted a simple phone for my mother. I went for a TTfon as I like the addition of the SOS button on the reverse but it won’t pick up a signal most of the time, the display is far from clear for an older person and messaging is clunky. It’s of no use to her.

I am very disappointed with this phone.The phone has very poor battery storage, the phone is in need of constant charging. I am unable to load apps when I try to load apps the system tells me there is a problem and try again. Even after trying again I'm unable too. The text on the screen is too small to read comfortably. Frankly I'm requesting a refund as I am unable to use this phone

I found the description of the phone to be honest,
The price was fantastic,
Delivery was swift,
Overall they ticked all boxes for me.

I am NOT a tech nut so was expecting a phone that was ready to go once battery and card were inserted. All I need is a replacement for a landline that will no longer work in a power cut and with large numbers that were clear (no letters). Instead I was confronted with loads of meaningless to me instructions on how to set it up so in fact it is useless to me and money down the drain. Don't need tips etc. only a working phone

I needed to replace my damaged Nokia 6500c (blue screen issue), and didn`t want a full blown `smart` phone, so I opted for the TT 240 after an online chat with their company. My sim card fitted this phone too, AND the literature claimed it had Bluetooth, which was important to use in my car (hands free!).
Well, I later found out the Bluetooth version was the most useless ever!. It wouldn`t connect with anything in my or my wife`s car.
This fact was NOT mentioned on their website!.
Be aware of this issue.

I was not told it won't work on certain networks had to buy a 2nd SIM card and port my number twice, took longer than it should have

Ordered my third phone from ttfone (tt760). Large buttons and screen to replace my old phone which is 2g/3g with a 2/3/4g one. I don't need data because I don't need internet on a telephone just text and calls. Good service, help and advice from Ttfone by phone or email and free prompt delivery within 2 days.

Sim card was faulty
