Fantastic customer service,
Received my phone with very prompt delivery.
Phone had a fault which I called the customer service and they sent me a free postage label via email. Posted it back and sent them proof of postage. New phone was sent out the same day.
My 89 year old dad loves his new phone and finds it so easy to use.

I had a problem with the shipment and there wasn´t any place to contact easily with you or the shipment company.

This phone was bought for my partner who is 83 and has dementia. We only need it for the basics of calling friends and family and people close by in case of emergencies.
Finally, after trying three or four other companies, the TTfone is one he can manage and feel confident with; which is really important for him.

I contacted TTfone as I bought a battery from them and then I was informed by a local company that the phone was faulty as it didn't switch on when the fully charged new battery was fitted.
TTfone answered almost immediately that they would look into a refund if I could supply my order number.
I will update this after I have followed their email.
Update 15 Feb. I have now received my refund as TTfone promised and I can highly recommend this company. I would certainly buy from them in future.

I have now purchased three products from ttfone, my latest buy was for myself. I have always found their products to be of great quality & simple to use. Their designs are well thought out, giving you the product you need without the unnecessary faff, I would recommend ttfone products to those that want durability in a product, value for money and a good quality build.

Very good value, no frills mobile with large print. I do not want fancy or complicated smartphones so this basic model is perfect for me.

Nice phone and suitable for my needs but the camera is awful the pictures come out so pale that you can't see what it's supposed to be. I didn't know there was a camera when I bought it so I bought a card afterwards to store pictures on but it's not worth taking any, they might as well not bother with including a camera

My phone has some dirt under the screen
Besides that, everything is good
