Honey was very helpful in canceling my subscription. I thought I had previously canceled, but I am not sure I realized the original ordered included a subscription plan. With future customers it may be helpful to notify customers of order shipments days prior to shipping. This would allow customers to make changes to orders without being charged.

Customer service did everything he could and helped me save money on a one time purchase that mysteriously got switched to an auto fill subscription. That was not clearly advertised at the time of the original purchase.

If I could do a negative star- UPDATE to the UPDATE
If I could do a negative star, I would. I tried their product, I only ordered 1 bottle and NOT a subscription. To my surprise, I wake up on 9/25 with a $29.99 charge and no way to call them! I had to track down the phone number in order to figure out what was going on. I use Shop on many of my items, as you will see it states "Track with Shop" it wasn't list there for the tracking, not even the FIRST order. Tried to sign in to my "account" my antivirus WON'T LET ME GO TO THE WEBSITE! It is flagged as DANGEROUS. I do get ahold of someone with "customer service" and she kept trying to "sell me" the product again. I work Call Center myself, if a customer says do this, DO NOT CONTINUE TO ENGAGE, GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ASKED FOR. It will not end well for you. Now it is going to take 10 business days to get my money back. No it don't.
EDIT: I have updated the review to a 2 star for the prompt response of getting my refund to me and the cancellation of the unsolicited subscription.
Sculptique, try a little harder in your business practice. Send the emails of payment processing time a few DAYS before the actual draw, and give the customer TIME to decide to get the shipment sent.
We are at the 3rd and final stage of this saga. I am supposed to be receiving the product through GOFO express via the USPS today. I will be refusing the package when my postal carrier comes. Once that is completed, I will give a final review.
Edit to the Update: They have informed me that I will have to pay for shipping their stuff back, even after they FAILED to give me time to cancel the shipment.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I'll be waiting for the class action suit next.
