Sculptique Business practices
Placed what I thought was a one time order. But some how I wound up with TWO subscriptions for a product that does not work. I tried canceling but as of yet no one has responded with confirmation of my cancelation.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Sculptique is a scam company based in hiding subscriptions until charges and shipments are already made. They have a 60 day money back guarantee but do not issue a return label for shipping. The product is worthless.
Genuinely the most frustrating experience. I didn't realize I was signing up for a recurring subscription. I sent a request to cancel via email on Jan 18th because despite what they say, the website does not allow you to manage your subscription. On Feb 5th I received a response suggesting I could skip or pause. I replied the same day stating "I would like to cancel". A week later, a charge was on my credit card for another order. When I contacted them, they said that my order was processed (Feb 10), prior to the cancellation processing (Feb 25), therefore they couldn't do anything about it... nevermind that I clearly stated in my original request on Jan 18th earlier that I wanted to cancel, and again on Feb 5th. They would not explain why it took so long to process my cancel request and they could not point to a policy that states they require a month notice to cancel. They did suggest I could return the product for a refund BUT the shipping would be my cost. I find this lack of accountability disgusting. I will also note that my original purchase was a 3 month supply. It took 3 weeks to arrive and then a week later they were shipping me another 3 months supply. Why would you have monthly recurring orders on a 3-month supply? I've seen this exact entire process from other supplement companies - they're following an intentional method to rip people off, it's a scam. Beware.
