We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery, but we want to clarify a few things.

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled entirely by Royal Mail since you are in the UK. A lost or missing package is a courier issue, not something within our control. We do not deliver packages ourselves.

You also mention “very slow service,” but your order was placed on October 9th and delivered on October 20th. Excluding weekends, that is only 7 business days. Our estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days, meaning your order arrived at the earliest end of our delivery window.

That said, as soon as you reached out to us, our team responded within 2 hours letting you know that we have opened an investigation with Royal Mail and requested proof of delivery. These investigations take time on the courier’s end. We kindly ask that you allow us at least 24 hours to get a proper update before leaving a review.

We understand the frustration, but we are actively working on resolving this for you. Writing a 1-star review just hours after contacting us, before we have even had the chance to investigate, does not reflect the effort we have already put into helping you and is very unfair to us.

We will follow up with you as soon as we have an update from Royal Mail. If the package is confirmed lost, we will make it right.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to clarify a few things.

Our website does not say “ONE TIME PAYMENT” anywhere. When placing your order, you CHOSE the SUBSCRIPTION option at checkout, which gave you 20% off our product. This was not imposed on you. The SUBSCRIPTION details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not hidden and are very much in bolded print.

If you tick the SUBSCRIPTION box, you receive 20% off your order and it becomes a recurring subscription. If you leave it unticked, the order remains a one-time purchase at full price with no recurring charges. This is entirely in the customer’s control

We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their next charge. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us.

We have not received a single email from you. We would love to help resolve this for you. We can cancel your SUBSCRIPTION, process a refund, and assist with any returns to get your money back. All we need is for you to reach out to us at support@trycure.org and we will have everything sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Had you selected the one-time purchase option instead, you would have paid full price with no recurring charges.

We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their next charge. SUBSCRIPTIONS can be canceled anytime through our website or by contacting us. Since we received no email in that time frame the subscription renewed as scheduled.

You also mention that you are unable to cancel and that there is no SUBSCRIPTION mentioned anywhere on your account. This is incorrect. Every customer with an active SUBSCRIPTION can manage and cancel it directly through their account page on our website.

Once you reached out to us, we canceled your SUBSCRIPTION and refunded your money. Your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your statement depending on your bank.
