Faulty unit and no reply aftersales/returns
Unit Dash cam didn't work upon receipt and had no reply from repeated attempts to contact the aftersales team on the email stated on the website in order to get a replacement or return the unit for refund.

I ordered a Car Apple play unit for my son’s 18th Birthday, was told it would take 5 working days to arrive, 2 weeks later I called the depot it was stuck at to be told they had lost that parcel & had refunded the company who should in turn refund me, guess what, I’m still waiting for that refund a month later. I think it was a ghost parcel & not only did Carsync take my money they pocketed the refund from Yodel too, what a scam, beware!!!

Perfect upgrade for my 2017 Honda After replacing the tiny factory screen in my Honda with this unit, I couldn’t be happier. Installation was straightforward after checking out a quick Youtube video. The display quality is excellent - no visibility issues even in direct sunlight. Love that I can connect my phone wirelessly now instead of dealing with cables. The dashcam functionality is a nice bonus with decent quality. My only gripe is the spares instruction manual - had to figure out several features on my own.
