Trustpilot customer support is hands down one of the worst I have ever experienced. The support team operates completely devoid of logic or common sense.
Despite providing official documents, delivery receipts, and irrefutable evidence proving that the reviewer's claims are entirely fabricated, Trustpilot refused to take any action. They actively choose to host and protect reviews whose sole, obvious purpose is to maliciously damage a company's reputation.
By ignoring objective facts and concrete documentation, Trustpilot proves to be an unreliable partner that values fake claims over truth and business integrity. Absolutely terrible service.
