TrustonTap is an introductory care agency, helping older people across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to stay at home, independently, for as long as possible with trusted, affordable care and support on tap. We know that finding suitable care can often be very difficult and we want to make this easier for those receiving care, their families and/or healthcare professionals. We understand that good care is all about relationships and that short visits with different carers every day, do not work for carers or those they care for. Whether you or your loved one needs a carer to help with washing or dressing, pick up a prescription, help with administration or simply to have someone to chat to, TrustonTap can introduce you to trained, experienced and vetted carers living in your local area.

Our carer is great. She always comes on time, ready to be of extreme help and ever so joyful. Trust on tap has the best carers

Was provided several names as possible domiciliary carers. One seemed fine. Another did not show up as agreed.

Charmin Croft was with my husband (Brian) and me for 4 months weekly. She was kind, compassionate and intuitive to the needs of my husband. Charmin was equally considerate to me as Brian's Carer. She had a wealth of helpful and useful information always putting a positive spin on any situation. Brian was always happy and at ease with her - as was I.

Trust on Tap were extremely efficient in finding care when I needed this for my aunt. My only issue was TonT not getting back to me when I emailed them about something especially the email I sent giving two weeks notice for the night carers. I had to ring to make sure they had received my message. Otherwise everything good.

The staff were helpful in explaining the possible care arrangements and we were provided with a carer very promptly. We arranged an initial meeting and he started the following week. We have found him very pleasant, skilful and reliable.

Website relatively easy to use. Staff are quick to answer the phone and help with queries. Pro active when let down by carer with short notice. Quick to resolve accounts issue. Their system allows you to interview the possible carer before having to commit. Would definitely recommend.

Trust on Tap have always been there for my mum over the last two years, the carers have been so kind and helpful.

First of all I found all members of your staff helpful and pleasant and willing to listen but I did find it confusing when more than one member of staff would be ringing me when another member was dealing with my quest. I do understand that you can`t match clients and carers up on speck but e-mailing past refusals dose not help as if they were not suitable in the first instance that should be accepted.

The following were a real benefit to me:-
- having carers matched to our needs profile
- choosing potential carers from their own profiles
- meeting potential carers before committing to contract
- carers were experienced, knowledgeable, professional, willing to share their knowledge, flexible.
- availability of ‘customer service’ was good
- end of contract was professional and efficient.

TonT have ben fine, but whatever the question, Kineez Sajawal is the answer.. My brother David is not an easy client to deal with, but Kineez has been able to cushion his life, first at Wyndham House and now at Fairfield with wonderful care, consideration and fantastic vigour.

I started work through Trustontap when it was in its infancy some 8 or 9 years ago and have stuck with them ever since. What is so great about them is they make you feel so good about yourself providing new clients as you need them and finding the right families for you. A real bonus is they ask you what you would like to be paid in recognition of the important job carers do. Since starting with Trustontap i have notlookedback.

Emily at Truston Tap was fantastic, when I realised my elderly father wasn’t coping so well and needed help I phoned Truston Tap and spoke to Emily, my father has certain requirements to for fill and I was anxious that I wasn’t going to be able to explain or be understood as to the care he needed but that was all very quickly forgotten as Emily listened to my questions and answered everything to its fullest.
I was very impressed with how Truston tap went about getting the right career for my father, the paper work side was again easy to process and it all happened super quick making both my life and my fathers so much better.
I would highly recommended this company.. and to Emily thank you for your patience and kindness and for sorting every thing out
