Truss 

Jennifer Paulson stepped up to help us, NAMI Gulf Coast (a non-profit serving families dealing with mental illness), when we learned we needed to vacate our office while repairs were being made due to a sewage backup. We needed space for two months and I thought finding a space would be next to impossible. Browsing the internet I spoke to a couple of brokers but no luck and then I contacted Jennifer. Within 24 hours she had two places that would be willing to work with us. Within a week we had a plan to continue operations in a temporary space right in the middle of our service area. In fact, the staff has become quite fond of the temporary space and probably wouldn't mind making it permanent. Thank you, Jennifer, and know that without your help I'm not sure how we would have been able to give the same level of service to the community as we normally do. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Truss company to anyone.

Had one conversation with a TRUSS broker and she disappeared. Left multiple messages and got no response. Guess she wasn't interested in representing my search.

The website was very easy to use. Someone reached out to me right away. Although I haven't heard from her since a short email exchange.

I love the platform and working with Nicole has been refreshing. She knows what she is talking about and cares that our company gets the right space for what we need. I highly recommend Truss to anyone looking for office space.

Truss provides a unique platform for business leasing that has the potential to change the present realtor model to one that benefits the individual seeking a property. I would highly recommend them for multiple reasons, the most valuable I found to be their web site which rapidly identified suitable properties. They have always been responsive to me and really understand how to represent their clients in commercial real estate transactions. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

Oudated listings, cant trust it

I very specifically asked to be emailed and sure enough the truss person that responded immediately started asking for phone calls and calling me. Not listening to your client is unacceptable. I would never consider using truss. I am also still receiving emails from trust even though I have unsubscribed from their list.

I responded to my assigned account rep, and then never heard back. Your platform is terrible and it returns results that I specifically was NOT looking for.

Someone reached out to me initially, and I responded within an hour, with some followup concerns. That was two days ago. I realize my budget isn't a huge paycheck for anyone involved, but your marketing dept. has dropped at least a little bit of coin retargeting on my social media platforms, so I thought I'd give it a try. Landing page made it sound like I'd get help finding a coworking space, but I have no idea because I haven't heard back from anyone. I'm getting better results doing the work myself.

I was locked out of changing my search parameters after only a few searches. I was told several times an agent would contact me but no one ever did.

They sent me tons of office spaces to look at and all of the selections were relevant to the parameters I asked for. Great job!

Tom and the Truss team have been a pleasure to work with through two office moves. They have taken the time to understand our requirements as a fledgling startup and to patiently present and walk us through dozens of office space. We ultimately landed us in spaces that met all of our key criteria and will drive our brand and culture forward. I would gladly work with Truss again.

I've been involved in four office moves (all <10k sqft) in the last five years and Truss was truly a game changer for our most recent move. All the data I need is right upfront without having to go back and forth with owners.

Though Truss is still relatively new it's been a great experience so far. Whenever there was something I needed not included in the platform Tom was always happy to answer questions.

I haven't received any leads that progressed through the process, so it's difficult to rate the service yet.
