I think Trupanion is great for Pet Insurance
I think companion is awesome. I recommend them all the time to people who are getting new fur babies. I have just one problem they consider it an existing health issue when one knee goes out and you’re not covered yet but when the second knee totally different leg goes out and that is considered existing health issue. Claims are paid right away. Their service is very good. They keep raising their prices which I think is a little unfair but my babies get sick and I need them so I truly recommend them, but that is why I gave a four instead of a five star

I cannot say enough good things about Trupanion. I have never had any kind of issues with claim filing. You guys are very compassionate,understanding,caring and courteous. Payments are always quick and right on point. I just found a vet that accepts direct payment which is awesome. I am so glad that I chose Trupanion for my 2 babies. Keep up the good work

I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and compassionate service from Trupanion pet insurance during my cat’s emergency hospitalization.
After a very serious medical emergency requiring blood transfusions, plasma transfusions, and specialty care, they processed and settled my claim within just days, with payment arriving the following week. During such a stressful time, having quick support and reimbursement made an enormous difference.

I've had Trupanion for 13 years for 3 different dogs. The coverage and customer service has been superb, but recently the premium for the policy on one of my dogs jumped from $124 to $195! WHAT?!?! I have a dog specific facebook group in my area with over 3000+ members who I have referred to Trupanion and I'm extremely disappointed they are now price gouging people who are just trying to have the best care for our pets. I just added a new puppy - I may be removing him and shopping around! This is absurd!
