I previously left a review of one star.
Magically it changed to. 4 star so I am leaving another review.
I am giving a ONE STAR
Let’s see if this one gets conveniently altered.

This is the worse customer service I have ever seen.
Ordered the product almost 2 months ago and still have not received.
Customer service is helping.
The product is good but if you need it sooner than 2-3 months I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Very dissatisfied with this company.
There are other companies that have similar product so I recommend looking elsewhere
Product is probably a 3 star and with the poor customer service in my opinion not worth it.

I placed an order for one of their…

I placed an order for one of their harness on April 8, 2024 and keep getting lies telling me it’s being shipped!!! They give you a tracking number, but the USPS never gets your order!!! This is One Big Scam Outfit!! A Big Ripoff. Stay clear!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I purchased a dog harness on 3/23/2024. The company website states 2-4 business days for shipment and 6-12 business days for delivery. It’s been 14 business days and I still haven’t received the merchandise. I contacted the company several times via email requesting a refund and they have refused.
This company is a hoax. Don’t purchase their product, you won’t receive it. BEWARE SCAM!!!

Poor Quality and Total Scam

Ordered two harnesses for our Cavapoochons who are both under 20lbs. Initial issue was the harnesses would loosen on their own. We corrected the problem by stitching the adjustment straps once fitted. Not ideal, but the fix worked. Then we experienced unprompted snap/buckle release while walking. We initially thought we just hadn’t snapped the buckles fully, but the problem is recurring and has increased in frequency which is simply due to faulty/cheap buckles. Nothing more scary than your dogs harness disconnecting while crossing a busy highway. Easy to put on but also easy, too easy, for the dog to back out of. No pull design is a gimmick. Dogs, even though small, still pull and choke themselves. After 6 months of daily use, both harnesses have tears in the seams and are quite faded. Combined with the 8 weeks it took to receive the harnesses and the cost, this is absolutely the worst harness and are both going in the trash. Literally better quality products available at Walmart with people you can actually talk to.

If I could give them 0 STARS I would

If I could give them 0 STARS I would,
1. Took forever to receive the harness after I ordered it. Allowed 2 weeks before we were going on vacation. Got down to crunch time, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Some AI person named Katie.
2. Ended up ordering a knockoff from Amazon for less money and it’s worked out great!!
3. AI Customer Service strung me along for over 90 days and will not accept their Harness back in an unopened package.
4. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! LOOK AT THEIR BBB TRACK RECORD.

If I were to ever get the harness I…

If I were to ever get the harness I could leave another review. For now however everything is lousy. I ordered on Jan 13 it shipped on the 24 th and still not here. Tracking number has nothing attached to it. Remove the "covid takes longer" baloney that was 4 yrs ago....where is my harness?

True Harness used to be a good company…

True Harness used to be a good company with a good product--not now!! I have previously purchased two harnesses and was very pleased. The next one the clasp is very hard to open. It was a Christmas gift so I received a while before Christmas. On Christmas day I sent email of complaint of hard to open clasp. Because it was outside their "7 day" window to report they denied my claim. To reorder I would need to pay an additional $20. So, I did so. Again, the clasp was very hard to open so I contacted them (customer support) within the 7-day time frame. To get a replacement this time I would need to return previous order, pay for shipping, & pay a $4.99 re-stocking fee!
DO NOT believe their 100% money back guarantee!!!
They are awful. Don't buy this product.

If I could give them a zero I would

I ordered two TrueHarness harnesses for my dogs on either 10/26 or 10/27 2023. I received confirmation of my order from TrueHarness on 10/27/2023 and my credit card charge of $79.90 posted on 10/28/2023. I received my order on 11/16/2023. I tried these harnesses on my dogs for a week with the understanding that I could return them up to 60 days if I was not satisfied. My two chihuahuas never got used to the harnesses… they are very stiff and the dogs had difficulty walking with them on. I reached out to TrueHarness Customer Support on 11/22/2023 indicating my dissatisfaction and requested instructions for returning for a refund the harnesses and other items shipped to me. On 11/22/2023 Katie Williams responded in a lengthy email with references to their return policy and an offer to refund me a discount of 20% ($16) in lieu of having to incur mailing costs. In order to determine the best course of action, on 11/22/2023 I responded with a request for the address that I would have to mail the harnesses to. I did this to ensure it will be a US address and not China, as was the case with an online order at another company. I received no response to that email, so I sent a subsequent email on 11/27/2023 asking again for the mailing address for returns. Still no response… however I am getting multiple promotional emails from this company. I am fully aware that I will have to pay a restocking fee for the product as well as return shipping. Given the total amount that I spent, I am ok with incurring those fees as long as I can ship my return to a US address. As of today (12/6/2023) they have not responded to any of my emails.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased the harness in August. This was my 2nd purchase and I was very happy. Second purchase totally awful. After waiting a month a received the harness with the wrong name and a product that I didn't order. Here's where the fun begins. I emailed and explained the problem and many days later I received a reply asking for pictures of the product and the shipping label which I provided immediately. They provided an apology said I would receive the correct product. Waited another month and again received a product I didn't order. Again went back to them and again asked for pictures and shipping labels. Out of the goodness of their heart they have me a 4.00 refund against a 40.00 purchase. I have received emails with lame excuses. Although the product is good I will never purchase from them again. The customer service is awful and they can't seem to get things right. They provide standard answers and is now November and I'm still waiting

Rip off is an understatement

Rip off is an understatement! The harness is constructed of the “shell” that has a chest strap and belly strap the belly strap is silky and slides to the widest it can go. My dog has walked right out of it. When I contacted customer service I was told to put a few stitches in it at the right fit or to pay someone to do it! I requested a refund and was told that after 7 days they will not refund. The website states in multiple places 60 days with no questions asked. They ignore me. Save your money! Don’t buy from this scam company.

Unable to cancel orders

I sent them an email to cancel my order, took awhile to respond then they said it already shipped.
they must use the slowest shipping method, because it took forever to get here. On one page of their website, it says to return for FULL refund. Yet, when you contact them about a refund, they say there is a restocking fee of almost $5. I will make the bbb aware of these practices.

I ordered dog grooming clippers from…TrueHarness

I ordered dog grooming clippers from them. It took 3 weeks to get them in a damaged box where it was clear the attachments were not in plastic and all over the place. Might have been a returned item resent to me. Tried it out on dogs and it didn't cut on any level and pulled the hair. I emailed True harness to see what they could do and the bottom line is, they won't send me another new clipper, but gave me the option to pay the post office to send it back, then they claim they will refund me the money. Really riciculous! Have never bought a new dog clipper and had it work this bad. Their reviews claim these are the best. Don't do business with these people cause they don't care. Paid $40.00 for something that just doesn't cut hair.

Poor customer service

This company obviously does not put their customer first. I get it that they are in the business to make money, but you would hope they would care about their customers. 8 purchased several items at 50% off. I tried t9 purchase an additional item, but the website froze and did not allow me to purchase the item. I immediately emailed their “Customer Service” dept (I use that term lightly). They said they could only give me 40% off, not 50%. That is ridiculous. I explicitly emailed and told them their website froze and I could not put in the order but would they add it to my order. When they emailed me that they would not give me the same discount 8 told them to cancel my entire order. There are too many other companies out there that care about customers and care about making it right. I will certainly be ordering from another company and I suggest yo7 d9 too.

Order placed, credit card charged, never received

I placed an order for a harness and leash. My C card was charged immediately never received an order conformation. Never received any feedback from the company or their customer service about my repeated requests for checking on the status of my order. They have NO phone number to contact them. I have disputed the charge with my C Card co and have email Trueharness to cancel my order. Be aware as others have said...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE HARNESS WITH SOMEONE'S ELSE'S INFO . I SENT THEM EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE SO I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND THEY FOUGHT ME ON THE DISPUTE SAYING I GOT WHAT I ORDERED. SO I SENT PICS TO PROVE THEY SENT THE WRONG HARNESS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!

This harness is of excellent quality

This harness is of excellent quality. It easy to put on maybe took 30 seconds. Love that the name can be taken off . No more tugging or hurting his neck with collars..No rubbing behind the front legs. Easy to adjust. Very comfortable for my furry baby. I have a lab so he gets excited when he sees a squirrel so with this harness much easier to get him to mind. Highly recommended.

Horribly painful customer service

Horrible customer service. My 70+ year old neighbor has been trying to return a harness for refund (perfect condition, but wont work on her dog).
She provided photos and all documentation requested, including screen grabs of UPS confirmation of receipt of her return.
No phone help, so this issue has been punting back and forth for a month in email with TrueHarness customer service rep repeatedly claiming there were no attachments or (now) they can't open them.
I was roped in to help as her frustration and confusion mounted.
I helped her send an email with all documentation requested, and can see NO reason that they would not be able to open images or click thru to links, as I can do same when she sent them to me.
Frankly, this feels like elder abuse, and a technique for exhausting a customer to the point they want to abandon the refund.
Next step is resending the tracking # and contacting her credit card company to try and dispute the charge.
I hope they have more luck than we have.
Beyond bad service.
