Loved the service. They always deliver according to the need of a client. I’ve been sending them documents from the passed 2 years. Never had any complaints.

Update: The editor has ZERO knowledge of scientific terminologies. The term "association" as in "the association between x and y" has a very specific meaning in statistics and whoever that editor was, he/she changed the term "association" to "linkage" every single time the word "association" occurred. WHAT A JOKE. Also, a lot of the paraphrasing just reads awkward. I can't believe this level of poor editing takes almost 4 whole days, costs me like $350, whereas the abstract was about 300 words and the body text was only 3000 words. The rest was just references and tables. I will NOT use this service again.

I submitted a document 3 days ago and purchased the 48-hour turnaround editing service. Now, almost 80 hours have passed and it is still "in process". Also, I had to contact the company to find out what's going on. They did NOT even have the courtesy to inform me of a potential delay. Also, when I asked about a potential refund, they just said, "We are always on time. Just wait for a few more hours and it will be done. if you are not satisfied with the edits then, we can have another editor edits it again for free". This company makes ZERO SENSE. How can you (I think his name is Marc) say "We are always on time" when you are ALREADY OVER A WHOLE DAY LATE??!! Also, who on earth have the time to wait for them to do another round of the editing when the first round is ALREADY DELAYED and God knows how much longer it will take? Since I have NOT received my edited document, I don't even know if the end product will even be worth the wait, or just be a complete mess. If you need something proofread on time, AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have tried another three editing services and this is the first time the deadline is NOT MET and they don't even send you an email to apologize or explain the situation. I will NOT use this editing service again. UNRELIABLE!

I agree with all the 1 start statements below. This company is a fraud.

I just completed an MSc and knew that I'd be close to the deadline so I booked the service 2 weeks prior to the deadline and was promised a top academic editor.

It was a very strange experience. I was unable to work with the editor directly (despite being promised differently) so I couldn't find out what the problem with his sketchy strange English. Mainly they did spelling corrections which i could have used spellcheck for. I got no help (again despite being promised otherwise) with suggestions for my figures or my references. Both were huge jobs.

The work was late, shoddy, only half completed. They seemed to be resentful of any questions i had. They were rude, dismissive and they ruined the end of my academic experience. I was literally crying with frustration. I had to redo all the work myself including all the references which they didn't even bother with.

Take my advice and use 'grammarly' and avoid trusting these guys at all costs.

They only thing they were good at was taking my money.

they have been very helpful 24/7 the only thing I have an issue is the reference list which they explained it to main and it makes sense but I am sure you can find a creative solution.

The paper was delayed, and I had to ask them just forward my paper up to where the editor has proofread. When I asked them when my paper will be done on the time I was supposed to receive my paper, they told me to wait for one to two hours, but I ended up waiting for 4 hours. Also I did not get formal apologies. When I asked part of refund for the time of delay ( because I paid for 12 hours turnaround, but it took them more than 16 hours, they said the refund is not available.
