Seat and auto lift broken after 12 months of usage. Seller unhelpful and poor communication, could care less. £600 down the drain.

Purchased a truclean elegance toilet. Was initially very happy, but we did have a few issues, but Chris who is the support guy never really got back to us. We had never mentioned warranty or anything, just asked if we were able to buy and replace parts. Never got response for the 2 parts we asked about, first was simple, it was the rubber pads from the seat that fell out, and 1 was flushed. Couldn't find anything the right shape to use, and wondered if that was the cause of the cracks appearing in the toilet seat..... No response, so we tried to find something else and adapted it. Not ideal. This 2nd issue was a bit bigger, the seat wouldn't lift at all, not with the foot sensor, remote or side control. Have emailed, rang the 0800 number, texted and rang the mobile, left messages all with no response to my question of whether we can buy a replacement seat.....we don't feel that was too much. It's an easy answer, yes or no. It was a matter of urgency, as our grandchildren were visiting for half term, so that meant 7 people using the faulty main loo.
We actually would have purchased another, had the support been available, but since it hasn't been, the truclean has been replaced, from what we have encountered so far, a superior bidet loo, for not much price difference, and comes with a 3 year warranty, not just the 1 year, and support is available.

Two words, Amazing product! This is a life changer, if anyone is considering a smart toilet then definitely go for it. Great customer service also!

I have purchased 2 toilets, first one was 10 months ago and was working well, loved the heated seat and hands free operation that when we was ready for ensuite we purchased a second one couple weeks ago. However just as second was delivered the first one still under warranty started to play up.
There seems to be no phone nber to speak to customer services or about warranty so have been left to just email.
The response time back on emails is very slow, after explaining the issue and various messages back the last one asked me to say what part I wanted, I am no engineer and without speaking to someone technical I can't diagnosis the fault. I am still waiting for a response to my latest email sent on 10th and chased again on 19th Dec and have just had to email again chasing a reply.
Great toilet just terrible support and if faulty then warranty is not upheld

It works perfectly and I’m very glad I had it installed. My only quibble is that the remote control unit cradle did not stay attached to the wall and fell off within a couple of days. I tried re-sticking it with stronger double-sided sticky tape but that didn’t work either and I accidentally stuck the remote to the tape on the wall and now cannot unstick it, which will be a problem when it needs a new battery. This was not TrueClean’s fault, but I believe, the installer’s misplacement of the remote, which does work perfectoly.

Bought our toilet 10 months ago and the seat has broken/cracked in several sections and the LED light stopped working after 3 months. Reached out to the none existent customer service when the LED light broke after a few months and received no reply. Unfortunately I bought directly through the company and paid via PayPal and PayPal policy only covers for 28 days. I wish I had paid directly and could do a charge back because clearly they are scamming customers with poor quality product and no responsibility when things go wrong. Now looking at taking the matter through small claims court because you expect to get some use out of a £789.99 product and not just for a few months.

The flush not enough pressure needed several times to flush to get a complete flush
