I had a small part on my new bed cover fail and requested a replacement. Customer service was excellent and very communicative. The part was shipped out with no delay. Very satisfied with the company's response to the issue.

Great service, fast shipping i had this on my old truck and had to have for my new one It rolls up and stores at front of truck bed letting you use entire bed!

I called and worked with a guy. He went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service!

the ordering process was very easy. when FedEx had the package that contained the Bedrug on the delivery truck it was sent back to the hub for damage to the box. I received it the next day.
the box had been taped up the the bedrug itself was crumpled up and i guess shoved back in the "now repaired" container.
there were no instructions and i piece of velcro that attached the bottom of the rug to the floor of the bed was missing.
i called truckbedsupplies and customer service asked me to send pictures of the box, and the missing velcro piece which i did immediately.
the vendor receives the same tracking info the customer does so a quick check from their end would of confirmed this.
truckbedsupplies then bounced this over to Bedrug. said Bedrug needed more pictures!
everyone deflected resposibility from one to another.
not worth my time. went to Home Depot and spent $30.00 on a roll of velcro to get the install done.
this could of all been prevented if the vendor or the manufacturer would of sent the one missing strip.

So i order this based off of many adds on Facebook. Very enticing ads. Cost was very reasonable. Shipping was fast. I do wish that the instructions were a bit easier to follow but it was still some what easy to put up.

Truck Bed Supplies had the bed cover I was looking for and at the best price, and the shipping was fast. I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. The delivery partner that was used did a great job as well! A great experience from start to finish!

The bare bones of this review are simple. My.money can be spent anywhere. I ordered a front grill guard. The money was taken out immediately. After 3.5 weeks I called to see when its coming as I hv heard nothing. Guy answered which is great, but said he was waiting for his shipment to come in as he was out of stock. And that it should be in to him in another week. That makes this 4.5 weeks now and still its not on its way. Where my problem is is the deception or lack.of honesty. If I would have been told this would take 2 months or better to get I would not have pulled the trigger here. I would've hone somewhere else even if it were more money. Its a common business practice it seems nowadays. Get your card, hammer it, then the waiting game starts with all the excuses. Thats my only complaint so far. BE HONEST TO PEOPLE ABOUT WHEN THEY WILL GET IT. Its not difficult. I dont hv the part yet so I cant comment on any of it. I hope it doesnt ho the way its gone so far.

I ordered a Bakflip MX4 truck cover from them. After it arrived I attempted to install it but it wasn’t fitting right. I had a suspicion that the parts were wrong but it took a lot of back and forth for them to finally admit that I was right. They said they would ship me the right parts. Took them a week to ship them and when they were delivered, they were delivered to a stranger’s house 80 miles away. Now I have to wait another week for them to ship the parts again. Mean while I’ve had a truck cover taking up half the floor in my living room for two weeks and they won’t even offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. Definitely won’t order from them again.

EDIT: I reached out to them like they asked and nothing changed. I was told I would receive a partial refund but never did. In fact, several more problems arose after writing this review. It’s been nothing but a headache dealing with this company.

The bed cover arrived on time unfortunately it must be old stock because the rubber bushings where it mounts to the bed are old and dry rotted looks almost like they were eaten by a mouse it will have to do unfortunately I have a trip coming up in a couple of days and will not be able to return it plus shipping to return it would be a big headache

Tonneau cover does not leak any water. Opinion still out on topper as haven't had a chance to deploy and test yet. Gave a 4 due to instructions could be clearer.

At first i called. I had to make sure it was a real company and the person i spoke to was very understanding and answered all my dumb questions. 😆Ordering was easy. And fast. They even offered a military discount. Thank you for that! I really loved that it was a made to order item to fit my truck perfectly. I also love that it's a USA product made in a state not far from me. So that makes it Local-ish. Good enough for me! 😁
Unfortunately it was a little later than expected but they kept me informed. When I received the cover/topper the instructions seemed a little wrong or outdated for my exact topper. But we figured it out and it wasn't very difficult. I live in Oregon where it rains alot. So far the topper has been on my truck through some very heavy rains and flooding for the last few months and amazingly it has only gotten a couple drops of water on the inside. I do many bazaars because I make lots of things. And I was able to leave my truck full of my items and they stayed dry. Thank you for an amazing product. I'm forever grateful!
