H was attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and patiently guiding me through different models and styles. He offered thoughtful advice and expertise without ever making me feel pressured to make a decision - I felt completely at ease to take my time, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The guys at Trotters are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Louie who patiently advised us on watch choices resulting in us purchasing two. After this I found mine to become tight after wearing for a bit and I was sorted out with additional links fitted without question. If you are in the market for upmarket watches or jewellery then Trotters is where you should go from my experience.
