Problems with ID verification have not been resolved
I was recommended to Tropipay by a friend in Cuba; despite my best efforts on a number of occasions, I have been unable to register and become a client of the company. The ID verification process has not worked on many attempts, despite a full UK passport etc. The staff member on the telephone was helpful, but unable to resolve the problem. If the ID verification can be achieved, I am sure that the service is good, but I have never managed this. In contrast, I have had no problems sending large amounts of GBP£ to recharge Cuban telephones.

the company collects to much personal information to do a money transfer from one account to another. I had to cancel the whole process because I do not understand why you have to disclose your whole personal information when doing bussinnes using a credit card. the moment you asked for all the personal information raised a big red flag on my side. we do bussinnes every day over the internet without ever asked a personal ID. this does not make any sense to me. checking your valid email address and your phone number plus your credit card I think is prove enough to executed a transfer of money from one account to another. i wish people in this planet wake up to this mentality of being controled. when you gave up all your a personal information it opens a bid door for criminals to takes advantage of it. thanks

Nuestro sistema se encarga de hacer llegar los fondos a su destino en un máximo de 3 días laborables después de confirmado en el envío. En algunas ocasiones los bancos receptores demoran en depositar los fondos en las cuentas beneficiarias y lamentablemente esto se sale de nuestro control.

So far it’s better than the old one, it’s faster, easier and no issues at all sending money from my bank. My only suggestion or advice why it’s taking so much time (like 3 weeks or a month) to get approval on any new beneficiary or registration.
