Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a £200+ seat on Monday 29th June for delivery Thursday 2nd July. Sent numerous messages asking for updates, eventually got told some “c**k and bull” story that my order was one of a few delayed orders !! This item was supposed to be”in stock” they probably didn’t have it in stock and needed to get it from the supplier. No wonder bike shops and businesses are going under with service like this. Absolute joke of a business!!

While the items I ordered were perfectly ok, my problem is with the delivery, or more specifically, delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands or Islands. The standard delivery to addresses on the mainland is £3.99. That's fair enough, but elsewhere it is jacked up to £10.00! The excuse being that they have to apply one rule to all non-mainland deliveries because they don't know who they are going to use. I fail to see how and why it would be difficult to decide, for instance, that all small parcels - such as mine - would go by Royal Mail who deliver throughout the UK, do not discriminate over destination and certainly do not charge £10.00! I don't accept that an exorbitant blanket surcharge is justifiable and I will definitely shop at an alternative outlet that has realistic and non-discrimanatory postage.

Really bad service. Avoid these guys. Ordered parts over a week ago, called them and never got back to me. Emailed them, replied back stating order was sent and was sending again first class. Requested tracking information, no response. Order still not received. Requested a refund due to not receiving the item, informed I needed to wait longer incase the item turned up. Ordered 12th June still not received.

Ordered items that were marked as in stock, website clearly states maximum timeframe for shipping is 48hrs. 8 days later items still in "Picking?" Seriously WTF. Person on the phone was "like whatever ..."

Won't be using them 'never ever again' ... your loss douches
