She has looked after us for a number of years and fixed preferential rates for many years in advance - we cannot speak too highly of her professional but friendly advice.

Danielle Walters has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, she gives clear and precise information whilst also making sure you understand before any task is undertaken or completed. We recently had an issue with out billing from our water supplier, a very challenging issue to fix might I add. It was dealt with within a week and a happy outcome for all. Couldn't recommend Danielle as a account manager enough!

Brilliant experience with Tritility and in particular the lads Sanj Bagga and James Coils and Louis who really worked hard to get us some fabulous deals locked in just in time for the price hikes. We are also now doing our bit in terms of Zero Carbon with British Gas so a win win all round. Highly Recommend !

I was contact by Rachel Swan an Energy Consultant she was very helpful and explained how they could help and the procedure. This all went according to plan, we get a reduction in energy costs and also a kVa rating reduction which further reduced our costs. This was all with little or no effort on our part. Would recommend Tritility.

I would personally like to thank Rachel Swan from Tritility, for her excellent service and customer care. She is very professional, friendly, courteous, her response was always prompt and kept me in the loop at all times. She never once complained with all the calls back and forth. She went over and beyond her role to help me sort out the mess I was in with another Gas and Electric company. Her patience, honesty and passion for her role was 10/10, I could fault her for her outstanding work.
I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone who is looking to change suppliers for fab and professional experience, she is a great asset to Tritility keep up the amazing work Rachel you deserve a medal and a pay rise.

Have recently been dealing with Rachel Swan for my electricity renewal and she has been absolutely fantastic! She is always really friendly & helpful and was happy to answer any questions I had, she got us a great reduction on our yearly bills and I would highly recommend. This is the second time I have chosen to renew via Tritility & both times were due to the friendly & helpful staff. Thanks Rachel!
