The best account managers
Our account manager Jonny is the best. He's always easy to get in touch with and he works really hard to secure us the best deals. Any time a question or problem comes up with our energy suppliers, we can always talk to Jonny and he sorts it out immediately. We don't have to worry about anything!

Rachel Swan is a credit to Tritility.
Rachel Swan at Tritility is fantastic, she goes above and beyond any expectations. We were signed into an agreement with another supplier without my knowledge. Rachel helped file a complaint through OFGEM, she then calculated which contract would work out the best long term, she has helped us get PPA for our Solar Panels which we have never had. I honestly feel like she is working in our office alongside us as she has put so much work into this. Today a letter came through from British Gas saying they were changing our electric rates - Rachel got in touch with BG to find out it is a decommissioned meter and the letter came in error - Rachel did not have to do that, but probably saved me 30 minutes trying to get through to the correct team at BG. Rachel is a credit to Tritility :)

When you get the right person...!!!!
I had been having problems with our electricity supplier overbilling us for months. The amount of credit just kept going up and up and my complaints were continuously fobbed off with poor excuses. It got to the stage where I was threatening to go to Ofgem. This was when good fortune and timing finally fell into place. Our new relationship manager Rachel Swan called me to introduce herself and upon hearing our woes she told me to leave it with her. Within a week we had the full substantial amount owed to us in my account. When you have someone on your side who knows what they are doing and how to do it, problems disappear. Thank you again, Rachel :)

I’ve had an on going issue with SSE for 2 years now and Mike Birch dealt with it within 7 days to claim back an outstanding refund, can’t recommend him and the company highly enough in a world of what feels like smoke and mirrors Mike was straight to the point and honest about the situation.
