They are thiefs and scammers. Fake office, fake customer service. No connection through email or phone. Dont expect anything from Tripair, they just stole millions and disappeared.
I got my money back in full! By opening a chargeback dispute through Visa card i used to buy the tickets. Mastercard also has that option. So if you bought the tickets via a card with mastercard or visa, just chargeback it. Then visa or MC will be hunting them.

If I could give 0 star I would. My flight was cancelled in 2020 April by the airline due to pandemic. Tripair did not respond to my emails for months. Still waiting for my refund. Very bad customer service and communication.

A very bad refund process and terrible customer care. My flight was cancelled from the flight company since a year and till now I did not get any refund even the flight company sent to me that they already refund my money to this agent. They do not respond to my messages. Very upset and regret to use them before reading these bad reviews.

Guys please stay away from tripair.com. I made a blunder by booking my air ticket through them without checking their review.
Shocking customer service
Do not trust this company. I am still waiting on a COVID cancelled flight refund from May 2020. Several phone calls and emails and I am still not getting anywhere. The airline issued the refund back to them in the summer and this was confirmed. In November Trip Air emailed to say I would have a refund within 30-50 days. Suprise surprise the 50 business days passed and no refund. I emailed and was just told they had delays, not update on when I should expect my money. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Booked my flights 18 months ago, at a cost of £4650.00, flights cancelled more then 13 months ago. and still no refund, just excuses.

Very poor service
Very poor service! I do not get any reply on my questions and if so they are just standard answers, that never answer what I asked for. It seems to be out of a system and not employees working in customer service. After my flight was cancelled due to Corona I booked a new flight for this year. After some time the airline contacted me that the flights were cancelled as Tripair told them, that they had refunded the whole amount. Which is not correct! I have never received any refund of them! And now the standard answer keeps telling me about cancellation fees, etc. I do not recommend to book with them.
No refunds after 9 months
I booked a trip last year to travel in March to London. Of course that trip was cancelled. BA refunded Trip Air in June. No refund yet from Trip Air. Any contact with them results in the same story: very busy, but I am a priority case and will be refunded in 30-40 days. Of course this doesn't happen and you have to raise a new ticket.
Basically the company has all the hallmarks of trading on no money.

Stay Away From Tripair
Book a flight through Tripair (Rotal Jordanian) during the 1st lockdown. Sent several emails and phoned several times and no one bothered to reply. So i phoned the airline and they said, i need to go through with the agent for a any communication about the flight ticket. They also explained my options clearly, refund or airline credits. After about a month or so, I got a reply from Tripair and I replied saying to transfer the amount as credits to the airline, so i can fly out to my destination when the lockdown was over. They replied saying they can not do the transfer of credits and can only process a refund. If i wanted credits i would need to contact the airline, but i replied, the airline said all communication has to be processed by the agent, including the transfer of credits, as i bought the ticket from you (as per the conversation with the airline). So i had no choice to ask for a refund as tripair did not process the credits to the airline. Tripair replied with the full amount of the refund, however, when i received this amount, there was a deduction of €38 as a service charge for poor service customer. Then i worked out this was a clever tactic to make customers go for refund so they would deduct this charge as there was no way i could get credits. The airline was saying the agent has to process the ticket to transfer it into credits, while the agent is saying you have to go directly to the airline. I also had to cancel 2 of my future tickets (1 with an agent and the other directly with the airline) and i had a fantastic service (Etihad/Turkish Airline) when comparing it to Tripair (Royal Jordanian). I would say, stay away, especially during these times of uncertainty as all you will receive is poor customer service and a deduction of €38 to get a refund when all flights were cancelled by the airline.

The worst agent which i ever come across. They are looters. The flight got cancelled and they just dont bother to respond to any mails or calls. if you want peace of mind while planning for travel, pls dont book through them.
Tripair is a scam
Scammers and criminals! My Flight was cancelled by the airline one year ago due to pandemic. I asked for refund. They do not reply, turned off their phone line, only an automated voice message remains, do not answer emails, fax, nothing. They used the situation and stole the money of pandemic flight cancellation victims. My experience with them is utterly disappointing. I can never ever recommend this agency to anyone.

Worst Travel Agency Ever! May Flight was cancelled last year due to pandemic. I was advice by my Employer not to Travel last year and this year. I ask for my refund. I dont care if its not full. As long as they give me a decent amount. Until now no reply, no call, no communication! My experience with you is Absolutely disappointing. I won't, Never, Will bot recommend this agency to anyone.
Horrible refund process
They have agreed to refund me for a cancelled flight of €600 but it has now been 6 months and 7 days since it was cancelled and they have still not refunded me.
I also called SWISS (the airline), and they said they completed their part of the refund on 20 October. This means Tripair has had the money for 4 months and are still not refunding me.
Furthermore, there is no phone number to contact them, so really be prepared if you do decide to book flights via them.

My flight was canceled in June 2020 by airline due to Coronavirus. I believe that Tripair got my refund from airline, but didn't return it to me. Now is February 2021, still didn't get my refund. They didn't answer for my letters and their call-center doesn't work.
Do not book through Tripair - they do with your money what they want!

Our flight was canceled, Tripair did not help us get the money in front of the airline (just opened a request in the system), while we corresponded dozens of times with the airline ... Tripair did not correspond with them once.
After many months, the airline returned all the money to Tripair - and Tripair returned only half of the amount to us and claimed that the other half was a service fee.
Their office is in Greece, but the Greek authorities refuse to investigate a consumer complaint of a person who is not a Greek citizen.
The company just stole from us, offered us vouchers (knowing we would not take advantage of it) ... but refused to return the money to us.
