One of the worst websites I have ever dealt with in my whole life, Shi*ty Site and Shi*ty Service and before all of that Fu**ing Customer service.

I don't know who runs this website, I feel it is being owned by Russian Mafia or something, They stole my money in a blink of an Eye, and the biggest mistake I did was not to check TrustPilot before I pay anything.

Went through Stress with this Trip services. Do not opt for ticket booking you will know the Hell afterwards. No customer Support, you have to Make a Call over telephone to UK to get customer support.
The bills for Telephone calls will be more than ticket prices.
Can not change the Date of booked Tickets and Even after Availing Cancellation by paying fee... cant cancel the ticket I will Fcuk your Ass Trip Ae

I had bad experience with this agency, I don’t recommend any one deal with this agency . My booking cancel by the agency and they did not refund my money since 4 months and I follow up with them and they charge me SR 2138 so I lost double amount so they are thieves and scammers

The worst customer service and they are SCAMMERs. do not buy from this website even if it is your last resort. they will scam you. I am OVER 9 MONTHS waiting for my refund.

Its more than 3 months and I am waiting for refund but there is no response from their side.

After 3 months, and still waiting and recieving confirmation email after 3 calls to them and they are still processing my payment. Still no change in status of my refund even though they recieved refund for first part of ticket from the airline since 1/07/2021. What are they waiting for christmas to process the refund???

The worth company and fraudulent they hang up the phone or they put you in queue for more than 2 hours now and I can't get the refund of my ticket as the restriction put from Saudi Arabia I can't travel and no help from this awful company please try to avoid this company and I gonna put complain to the civil aviation authority, ABTA and ATT.

Awful experience. I booked a flight with free cancellation just in case something wrong happened. And that something happened. I couldn't do the cancellation anywhere from the site, and the only way was to make an overseas phone call.

So I recharged my phone a substantial amount to make the phone call. And I just kept waiting and waiting and waiting for maybe 20 minutes, and when an agent has finally picked up, she took an awful long to understand what h appened and why I need to cancel. She asked me if it was ok to keep me on waiting, I politely asked her if Trip.com can make a call to me since I have a limited amount of credit. She said that Trip.com policy is not to call the customer, so I have no choice. So I had to stay on waiting until my credit was 0 and the call was closed. I recharged again, but this time no agent responded. So I had to just send an email. They replied after 5 days of the trip, and saying that they can't cancel and refund at this point because the flight has passed.

Well of course it has passed because you took ages!! All in all, this was a really bad experience, I lost money on the flight, money on the extra payment that I made for a free cancellation, and also more money on the credit that I had to uselessly pay to recharge my phone for an overseas call.

Do not book through this website even if you thought you got a good deal. This website is the worst I have ever used. They would find a way to steal money from you because of their vague terms and conditions. There are a lot of websites you can find better deals than Trip.ae. Their own customer service does not even understand the company's own terms and conditions. Rating them even 1 star is too high and if there is zero stars or even minus stars these guys would deserve that.

It is a fraudulent website which cons people if you cancel your flight ticket. I booked a to and fro ticket to my home destination and was unable to travel. I cancelled the tickets 1 month before scheduled journey. They didn't respond to emails in a proper way and customer service is a scammer.

I didn't get any refund of the amound paid. I don't want anyone else to be cheated by these kind of scam companies

Scam. Fraud address. Hours on the phone in international calls. They charge you several times for any changes that are from the airlines and not your fault. Avoid them and all their proxy sites like gotogate. Book with the airline directly.

We booked our flight ticket on this portal. They took extra money from us for check in luggage, when we were at the airport they confirmed that there is no such request with this. We had to pay separately to the airline for our check In luggage.

Please do not book with this company! Unfortunately, I only read the bad reviews after I myself had a bad experience. Because of their customer negligence, I had to spend 5 days in a maximum security centre in a foreign country. They are interested in one thing, taking your money. There is no customer support or care.

A scam website. I booked via Skyscanner which showed 4 stars for this website. They do not answer emails nor calls . As far as I am concerned Skyscanner is an accomplice.

simply rubbish, their job finish once they recieve your transaction, normally you will travel without problem but one you will face any problem you will experiane the meaning of tension

I booked with them through Skyscanner. The tickets were confirmed within an hour and I checked them with the airline company and they were correct and I traveled without any problems. The only thing that worried me was the hundreds of bad reviews I found here.
Note: I didn't try to contact them or examine they refund system.

They never reply to the calls and can cost u a fortune in vain.
