I booked a ticket through them and got a fake ticket ! after checking with the flight company they said there is no ticket under your name at all and this booking reference is fake and incorrect!!! lost 577$

I make booking I want to change date I call them about date and confirm and I pay when u recive new ticket date its wrong I call them they say this our staff mistake if you want to change need to pay more money I told hem no change return to main travel date they change and not refund amount for change and staff shouting to me . Worst experience! I will never buy any other tickets from them! I feel bad because I didn’t read the reviews from the other people before.They don’t care about anything!they just sell tickets , and if you can’t transit in one country they say “it’s your problem because you didn’t checked , you have to fix it”and it’s not like that! It s your problem because you sell the tickets without knowledge! I talked with mr Norman on the phone , he told me that it’s not his problem! How can an employed speak like that? This is unrespectfull for the clients!

Attention!! They (Trip) are scammers!! I booked a flight with the special service called 'Cancellation Guarantee'. It is said that I will get back 90%
of amount if I cancel the flight, no matter what. Ten days before flight I wrote them the request to cancel the flight and return my money.
They were answering me once in two days. First of all, they said that they can't refund me cause the flight is not refundable. I reminded
them that I bought their cancellation service. Then they agreed to refund me, asked me to send another letter that I confirm that I want to
cancel it. all of this bureaucracy took plenty of time, the day of the flight came, and they respond me that they can't refund cause the
flight will happen soon. So, literally, they robbed me. Don't buy at them if you don't want to have problems

Dear Travellers, please do not attempt to purchase air tickets from Trip.ae or Trip.com, as they are totaly fraudulent and unreachable, with poor customer service (email not responded to, direct call to UK number held in queue for more than 1 hour), and we again request that you do not purchase tickets from them.

this is the worst agent I booked the tickets with them and I will never do it again, I didn’t prefer anyone to booked with them, I booked my ticket and my wife ticket and we had some mistakes with the father name of my wife and we need to change it, we are calling everyday and we sent an emails everyday and only the answers wait and the customer service will call you and still have 3 days for the travel and this ticket is the highest price I booked in my life, I spend more than 50$ of calling cost to them office

I try to correct name on the ticket for my child and i call them they ask to send passport copy and a i send it after a week of everyday calling chattig mailing and they said we wait for the airlain replay then after a week i ask again if any result for my request they said you have to pay part of fees then we will ask the airlin and aftar approvel i should pay the rest of the part of fees all the last week and they do nothing nobody know what there doning finalla i pay and im waiting

Worst Booking Site I ever Experience

Its a very worst experience. NO Customer Service Number. No Email to communicate. If you experience some problem during your flight you nee d to call to UK for assistance, they doents have toll free number.

Note: I request refund for my ticket since Feb.2022, till date I havent receive my refund (April 2022). Also they posted flight on the website which is not existing. If you trap on their promised cheap ticket after a week they will change your flight.

Terrible paid fir flights next day I get a email no reply to say flights will be confirmed in 72hrs! What I'm flying the next day not flight tickets. Turned up to fly the next day they said it was cancelled. Nothing on the booking and yet over 800 us dollars taken. What on earth is the travel industry allowing these companies to run. I have no answers from staff just not answering its What you expect as a scam

The problem began on 27/2/2022 I booked with trip.ae a trip from Sharm el sheikh to cairo form my friend but with a wrong date which is 27/4/2022 , then i sent more than 20 mails to cancel it with out any answers, finally I called them to tell me that to cancel it i need to pay money more than the price of tickets!!, they even didn’t want to give me a voucher for my money!! A very bad experience with (trip , Gotogate , Wego )

I was due to fly with Royal Jordanian on the 17th of December 2021 to Frankfurt with a stopover in Amman, Jordan and return back to Abu Dhabi on the 1st of January 2022 via Amman.

As I had booked the flight on Skyscanner, the booking was made via a third party website called Trip, which seemingly came across as a decent third party booking website. Gosh was I wrong!

The problems began on the 12th of November when I received an email from Trip stating that Royal Jordanian had made schedule changes to my return flight and therefore would make it impossible for me to make my connection to Abu Dhabi. The change was only 15 minutes, however this gave me only 35 minutes to make my connection which I was informed is not allowed as per airline regulations as you are required to have at least 45 minutes between the two flights. I was directed by Trip via email to make a cancellation as this trip was now not possible and was assured me that I would receive a full refund as the changes were made by the airline and not by the passenger i.e. myself.

I called the airline before I made the cancellation and their customer service team were firstly unaware that there were any issues about the returning connection, and when I did direct their attention to the issue they simply stated there is nothing they can do and I have to deal with the Third Party only. One of the customer service representatives of Royal Jordanian was arrogant enough to state why I was making problems and I should just change my return date! I reminded him that it is the passenger's choice about when he/she wishes to travel and if the airline has accepted payment for those dates then they are responsible of providing that service.

After all this, I spoke with the Third Party company, Trip, who directed me to cancel my flight and that there will be no issues with the refund. Therefore on the 14th of November 2021 the cancellation was made. Over 5 months have passed, and I did not receive any refund and now have been duly informed that "as per the fare rules" the ticket is completely non-refundable and I will not receive any money back, even though IT WAS THE AIRLINE that caused the cancellation! The customer service of Trip has been deplorable. They are only available via a phone number located in the UK, or email to which they barely respond to. They stated that they contacted me via email with all updates of which I have received none, with the last email sent on 24th of December 2021 stating that the airline has rejected the refund. I called them back and they said the will escalate the issue again as it is not fair and they will try their best as I have a genuine case. This went on and on for another 4 months. Over the 5 months I contacted Royal Jordanian and they said they don't deal with refunds regarding bookings made by Third Parties. Trip kept assuring me that the refund will come and that they will "escalate" the issue and "try their best".

Both parties in this situation have been culpable and have utilized poor business practices and customer service. It took them less than a minute to take my money and over 5 months to reject a valid refund. For anyone reading this review, I implore you to please avoid this airline and avoid the third party booking website; Trip. I have had a nightmare experience dealing with them and I am shocked at the fact that through no fault of my own, and due to changes made by the airline, I have lost over 400 Euros.

This site is a scammer… They promised me a refund after my reservation was canceled by the airline. I have now for nearly two months and I have been communicating with them, but to no avail.. I would not recommend dealing with them even if they were the last online booking company.

I want to update this post ( 3/4/ 2022 )... The ticket amount was 494 dollars... and 424.5 dollars was returned.. 69.5 dollars was deducted from the original price... and this would not happen until after a long wait and many reviews with them... Conclusion : I would still recommend staying away from such companies

I lost over 860 USD with this company, I was denied boarding due to Covid related issue in kualalumpur , the tickets was from 2 airlines Emirates and Air Asia, I send a claim and they told me you SHOULD ask the travel agency for refund. As they are the ones who booked, I contacted them by phone and they don't reply, by email they don't reply either. For now I raze a claim from the bank to make an investigation and still waiting for reply, my final advice the company is not responsive. stay away from them

Worst of the worst travel agency website. 101 % agree of the one star rating. Does not care about their customer. They just sell airline ticket, that's it! Any problem with the flight, you are on your own. Their reason, they are just travel agency. No refund, no rebooking. Your wasted money is their profit.

Don't use Trip.ae they do nothing for you.... I'm still waiting a refund since December 2020.........
