We investigate, anomalies or discrepancies within customers current or historic account. This can be from standing charges to unit rates and just generic billing errors. All suppliers are held against the current Ofgem or Ofwat regulations, which are always changing due to the impact of Covid-19. If we believe we have a strong enough case, we will contact the customer to delve deeper into the account and go forward with the reclaim.

I wanted to wait a few months before leaving this review to make sure everything Trilogy promised actually delivered—and I’m pleased to say it absolutely did.
After sitting down with one of their consultants, they explained that I had been overcharged on my rates. They carefully reviewed my statement, broke everything down clearly, and applied a better rate. Since then, my monthly costs have noticeably reduced.
On top of that, they advised I could potentially receive a refund of up to £6,000. I was understandably sceptical, but they handled everything—and I’ve now received a cheque for £5,264.
I even called them this morning to say thank you, and my call was answered within 30 seconds. Excellent service from start to finish.
Highly recommended—thanks Trilogy, I’ll definitely be referring others your way.

If you're thinking of signing up with this company, Please don't. They promise to reduce your bill by 5% but in reality, you will end up paying over 500% of what your current bill is. They are charging me £9,176 to terminate my contract. They were taking direct debits twice in a month and were never sending statements. Will definitely be taking them on squarely and I welcome anyone who's interested in joining case to deal with them
Don't sign up if you're thinking to. It's not worth the hassle. You're better off managing your electricity and water or any other utilities by yourself. Save yourself the hassle and headache.

Had a few really good conversations over the phone with Ryan regarding get some money back on my water account. They sent someone out to see me in person to get it sorted and finally as of today I have received my money. I was really happy with the process and outcome.
I delt with Steve who met me at my premises, he was extremely helpful we talked about getting a water rebate on my water account. I decided to look at this further in my own time which Steve understood and wasn’t at all in anyway pushy. I got back in contact with Steve about a month later and got it all sorted. Received my rebate now. Thank you Trilogy & Steve.
Cold call, incredibly rude - I was in a meeting and couldn't talk, asked to call another time and they hung up on me! Can only assume this was a scam.

Got a call from Louis at Trilogy to discuss my water account, I thought “another marketing call” but in this case it was worth my time, I’ve saved £2500 on my utilities this quarter alone, Liv and Hannah have been very helpful with any queries I’ve had and the whole experience has been good on the whole, the rebate took a while but in the end it was worth it!

It’s been a couple of years since I received my original rebate from Trilogy however it was great to hear from them again when I got a call about my card machines and how I’m being over charged. They very quickly came back out to see me to show me where and how I am overpaying, they then put me in the direction of Trilogy Card Specialists who I have zero complaints about. So thank you Trilogy Consultants for the outstanding service and support yet again.

Absolutely a scam had no rebates for anything all they do is sign you up to companies who charge you for paying your own bills that you were doing anyway. Jewel Energy is only a management company that do not reply to emails or calls.
I was signed up with One energy & UKwaterco through trilogy & promised a 5% reduction and will claim back historic overcharged water rates all of which never materialised.
You're charged more than you're currently being charged and can't get hold of anyone at either company, this is a scam, don't make the same mistake I have. They make it very hard to leave them

Trilogy consultants reached out to me and explained I was owed back quite a lot of money due to overpayments I had made on my utility accounts, after a visit from one of their representatives and a brief discussion about my contracts they showed me how much I could save going forward aswell as how much I could claim back due to what I’d already overpaid. I went ahead with it and I’m so happy I did, they have saved me loads within my contract and as a small business, it all makes a massive difference.
Their team are also very helpful and always happy to help.
I would highly recommend their services.

Slow process, however has paid off! One of Trilogy’s reps (Louis) got in contact back in Feb 2024 about a potential rebate on my water account. They came out to see me at my business and were informed I was looking at getting back £3000!
We negotiated a 15% fee that I would have to pay if they were successful in getting this money back. Over the 12 months of waiting I received about 2 calls from Trilogy with updates. After 16 months, I finally received the money, which I am quite shocked to have received after 8 months I lost faith. But fair enough they have pulled through, so thank you Trilogy.

This is the third review I have posted regarding this,company the first two were taken down because trilogy consultants complained the second one they complained that it wasn't based on a true customer experience so I sent my details to trustpilot to prove it to be truthful and still it wasn't put back on why. Anyway my review is this don't trust trilogy they will ring you up with promises of water rebates then turn up and make no attempt to get the rebates then they will attempt to sell you card reader's I unfortunately fell for it I then found out the machines were to slow in fact when we were busy they would crash.i therefore decided to use another provider but understand I would have to pay the rentals on trilogy machines until the end of my contract which was fine by me.when trilogy found that machines weren't being used they cancelled my contract without my consent and charged me a ludicrous cancellation fee I have emailed them several weeks ago and they haven't replied it's your choice if you use this company not mine let's make that absolutely clear but this is based one hundred percent on my true experience with this company and if TRUSTPILOT wishes to see my proof please get in touch and not ignore me and take down my review as you have done previously. Anyway my honest opinion is to stay clear of trilogy they clearly don't do or behave as I would expect

Great experience all round and very professional with outstanding knowledge within the industry.
As I recently found out that my water rates are due to increase, I have had every man and his dog calling me up telling me they can save me money if I use their company!
I previously used Trilogy in the past for my Gas and Electricity, so I wanted to get their outside view.
I was very impressed with their honesty, and they explained that the water rate increase is a situation that everyone is going to face regardless of suppliers, and looking for a new deal might not be the answer.
With Thames Water increasing its rates, there is nothing any supplier can do to stop that. So instead of trying to just get my business, Lewis explained how, as a business, I can look to create some percentage savings across my water costs without changing or finding new deal.
Would 100% recommend Trilogy Consultants to anyone who bases their business relationships on trust and knowledge in their field.

Switched all my payment systems to these guys and best decision I’ve made! Very modern displays easy to use, my staff love them. Any issues I’ve had it’s been one call and it’s been fixed.
