They are sending me spam emails with no "unsubscribe" link, disguised as emails related to my transaction (they are not) or general customer care stuff. I never agreed to it and there is no straightfoward way to prevent it. I used their greek website.

Absolutely amazing experience. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Pom was welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and I left feeling refreshed and much less tense. One of the best Thai massages I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and relieve stress.

I’ve been doing treatments with Fernanda for over three years, even before she moved to her new clinic, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. Last Friday I went for a post surgery lymphatic drainage massage, and it was absolutely amazing.
I recently had surgery, so finding someone experienced, gentle, and knowledgeable was extremely important to me, and Fernanda made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout the entire session. Her technique is incredible, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their recovery.
The clinic is beautiful, welcoming, and very professional. I left feeling so much lighter and better that I already booked another session for next Friday.
Thank you so much, Fernanda, for your care, kindness, and amazing work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality treatments and real results.

Awful places listed there + no customer service email (the one provided is a fake).
I went to the most disgusting place for a massage (hair, filthy, no towels, dirty blanket, no privacy to change as the staff opened the door without notice and the room was directly on the main room with men and customers there, 3 meters away from the street): beyond cancelling and asking for refund, and since it is not the first time I decided to contact Treatwell uk with the email provided at the bottom of the cancellation email…. Well, this email doesn’t work!
Treatwell doesn’t even have any checks in place to truly filters this most basic level of hygiene expected from a treatment place.
