DO NOT use this company. I cancelled product within a few hours of ordering. This was over a month ago and still no refund. I keep being fobbed off that there are a lot if refunds to process please be patient. Well that says it all really that they have so many refunds. The emails are just bots or you may get juliet fobbing you off with the same excuse. I have email trails of evidence that they are scammers.

Edit- They have now blocked me from emailing them so looks like I will not be having a refund and yes they are a bunch of scammers. I will not leave this here and will log a complaint with the fraud team at my bank , then go to trading standards.
This company should be banned .

Awful quality, does not come with UK plug. Comes with a warning that it will smell of burning when in use, which it does, it is a fire hazard.
Says you have 30 days to return but will not let me return, initially kept offering me discounts to keep it & are now ignoring me so I cannot return it & have not received any refund.
I’ve written negative reviews on their Facebook & they delete the comments!

Awful, do not buy from them!!
Item arrived with an Eu plug, I’m am in the UK, I used the Correct adapter, it worked for about 2 seconds and stopped, now it doesn’t work at all.
I have been told I can return it but I can only have a 75 percent refund and I need to pay the shipping Coats to send back to china.

Give this website a huge swerve,they are not telling people it doesn’t work in the uk without a specific adapter which is not really safe ,Then making it virtually impossible to send back ,they delete all comments that are informative off the facebook page so people can’t see them .AVOID .If you read the reply to this review you will see that they’re trying to say all you need is an adapter.This is wrong an adapter is not powerful enough for this device so therefore rendering it useless!
Also they have removed all my warnings off fb so don’t know how that’s happened then 🤷‍♀️

Waiting for a refund for 4 weeks get told refund will be done Friday then to be told it’s with the refund team 1 week later, I am going to the ombudsman terrible company!

I received my 6in1 styler in great time but when plugged in it failed to work and my plugs and sockets are fine

The package arrived 10 days after ordering it and did not realize I ordered 2. So I contacted them i wanted to return 1 I initially wanted to return both as not happy and satisfied with the product it was not what they had advertised.
They also say on their website that there's a 30-day trial but guess what its all a scam as sending it back to China is more expensive than the item.
They also deleted my Facebook comments. I would never recommend it.

If I could give this -1 starts, I woud! DON'T buy! Item arrived in a used box (probably a return and resell), and doesn't even turn on! Requested a return for a refund, a total of £125, and after 3 days they still did not reply. Stay away if you care about your money.

I got my 7-in-1 hair tool and it is amazing. I also want to praise the customer service team as well. I needed some support and I got a reply within a few hours. And they were so happy and super helpful. Thank you guys so much.

Absolute worst experience. Tried to return item unopened and unused in the 30 day reflection period- have not been able to. Was told to return the item to CHINA. At my own cost. This is not listed on the website anyway- company says it is in the Netherlands. Then offered discounts to keep the item. Then told they will only give a 75% refund when the item in returned anyway. Have been messaging back and forward with what seems to be a bot as there's no customer service skills. Takes 3 days at a time to get a reply. I have had to open a chargeback with credit card company.
Edit- the company have replied as below- shows you they don't even know how many people are complaining.

Struggling to get refund or replacement for faulty product. Product arrived not working. Been fobbed off by company two weeks now. We can only refund 75% !! Ignored me when I said I wanted 100% refund under customer right act 2015. Few days passes I chase again- I get same email reply offering 75% refund but this time they offer me replacement and 20% refund. So I think, ok I suppose if it saves messing I’ll do that. Few days pass. I email again to ask when I expect the 20% refund and replacement. Told
It gets sorted on a Friday!! (Why not say this earlier in the week)
Fridays comes and goes. Nothing. I emailed again. “I’ll chase this up for you”
But still nada. They are clearly fobbing me
Off and just buying time. I’m now contacting my bank to see if they can help get the refund (100% of it !)
Scam company DONT RISK IT

My air styler stopped working mid styling. I emailed the company and got a reply asking for me to send a video of which I did the same day. I have emailed 3 times now since and had no response. I am really disappointed!!!! Would not recommend!

Still waiting on a refund. I cancelled the order no longer than a hour after i made it. Still waiting for my money to be in my account 10 days later. Terrible customer support as stated it should be in my bank soon. Still nothing

Complained it was awful as its weak, smells like burnt plastic, feels like its about to blow up and company just kept sending free ones....I requested refund / return - seems like getting blood from a stone

The items do not work within the UK. Even with an adapter the items are faulty. Asked for a refund 4 times only to be told they will send another. Wish I had read all the reviews here first before wasting my money and buying. I’ve raised it with my bank for assistance. Please avoid buying.

My partner brought me the 6 in 1 airwrap from Travx site. We live in the united kingdom it came with a 2pin plug so orderd an adapter and it didnt work so we orderd another thinking the plug maybe faulty and it still doesnt work. Really annoyed as now he cant even submit a complaint or claim money back as he never recieved a comfirmation email or anything.

Firstly I'm based in the UK and the hair wrap applicance came with a non-UK plug fitting. It's not actually legal to sell appliances in the UK without the proper approved plug fittings.

I have purchased an adaptor and the appliance does not work properly. It does not heat up or wrap my hair. I've tried several times and sent a video to TravX. I want a full refund on the grounds that this is a faulty product and I've not really had the best customer service.

Unfortunately I'm only being offered a 75% refund, despite the item being faulty. TravX's terms and conditions state this as a policy but it actually contravenes UK trading laws and having sought out some legal advice I am entitled to a full refund.

It is also illegal to 'display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, for example a sign that says you do not accept returns or offer refunds'. This is taken directly from the GOV.UK website:

Just a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing an item in the UK from this company. Be very careful. I've tried resolving this amicably but they keep hiding behind a ridiculous company policy that isn't legal and binding.

ordered the product completely unaware of it not having UK plug, I have bought plug adapters and still the product won't work, I have emailed about a full refund as the product is still in box brand new but getting told I would only be entitled to 75% refund, poor advertising & poor communication.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying. This item needs an EU adaptor, therefore you need to buy one to use product. Was bought as a gift. Their website is misleading and they do not follow what is stated in terms of refunds. I asked to return, but was told they would only refund 75%. Communication goes around in circles, "Juliet" will only respond to certain emails. Any posts on Facebook are immediately deleted therefore creating an impression this is a legit and positive company.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am hoping to get my money back through my bank. Whoever is leaving positive reviews must be paid commission or be fake.
