If I could put zero stars, I would. The hair styler was next to useless. There was hardly any output power wise and the attachments didn’t work. It would have taken me an hour to dry my hair.
I contacted to request a return and refund. I have now been given the run around for FOUR MONTHS. I returned the item to China at my own cost of $50, as they requested I do only for them to not collect it and leave it abandoned with the local carrier. It was then returned to me. Their excuse is no refund because they didn’t get it. THEY DIDNT GET IT BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO COLLECT IT FROM THE CARRIER.
Hugely expensive mistake and customer service is commercial gaslighting at its finest. Avoid at all costs.
**Update** Them now claiming a "miscommunication in shipping procedures" is also completely gaslighting. There is a 28 email deep chain between myself and TravX trying to resolve this. There was never a "miscommunication".

Warning do not purchase
I used the Airstyler once on hairdryer setting it lasted approx one minute and then sparks flew out of it and it tripped the power in my house. I emailed TRaVX asking for a refund as the product is clearly faulty. TRaVX responded and asked me to plug it back in and send them a video of the issue. I sent an email back advising the product no longer works due to the sparks that came out of it and I would not be plugging a faulty electrical product back into a PowerPoint and risk electrocution or something happening to my house. Received another response from TRaVX advising without a video there is nothing they can do. This product is faulty and the company do not care about customer safety. I would not even give them one star. Stay away from this product and company.

Terrible to Deal with .. NO REFUND
This product wasn't want I wanted . They tried to get me to keep it. I just wanted a full refund. When I finally got a return address , I had to send it back to CHINA even though it came to me from the UK. It did go to China and did nothing for 3 months , didn't go to return address , only for my package to be returned back to me. Because of them not receiving the product back, they cannot refund me . So now I have a product I didn't want and out of pocket for postage to CHINA.

After waiting 14 days without any order confirmation, and reclaimed in TrustPilot in Norway site, my order came home.
I, also don't recomend it as hair dryer, it looks so cheap, and doesn't work good, and of course, as a experience it was worst.
