Process was easy.
still had some doubt as using for 1st time. but everything was smooth and good.

I missed my outbound flight and they cancel my return without question or notification.
The messenger, Facebook and insta services are useless, no answer at all.
The phone service I have been over an hour waiting for the second time, the first time they hanged out on my before answer.
No customer service at at all

Still no contact or Refund. Refund requested 02/03. Flight was on 28/02 so one of the FIRST to be cancelled and refunded by the airline due to the Middle East conflict. Yet we have heard nothing but generic emails. That’s 2.5 months they’ve held our money.
Please avoid this company. Whatever you do. You’ll notice the positive reviews have all been INVITED.

Nightmare company. Our flights with Qatar to Bangkok were cancelled, and they tried to re-book us on other Qatar flights despite a ban on Non-Essential Travel by the FCO. They refused to re-book us on another airline via another route, which they are required to do.

EDIT TO REVIEW : (Travel Up Can Respond And Apologise Publicly Within 48 hours Of Receiving A One Star Review, However They Have Not Responded To One Email / Call / Online Form For Two Months. (And I Still Don't Have A Refund For 3 Cancelled Flights Or Any Idea When I May Get It)
I Have always given great prices on flights. However as soon as there is any sort of problem they are completely and utterly useless. Had an issue with one flight that was not delivered as the class advertised and they were unable to do anything. Recently an Etihad flight for 3 people was cancelled and they were impossible to reach / email / online form and phone utterly useless. I have not been owed over £2,000 for 6 weeks. Emails are not replied to, I was called 40 in a queue for over 3 hours at least 3 times .. their online form is useless to. As soon as they have your money they could not care less about you. Disgusting Customer Service.

I say this as a very experienced traveller but while Travel Ups prices may be competitive their customer service is the worst i have ever delt with. They do not get back to emails quickly and when they do a very vague answer that does not answer your question is provided. It is also proven extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone on the phone with their system saying your wait time will be 1 minute for what was almost an hour. When i eventually got through to cancel my flight, they have not even been able to offer me back the taxes, which you are legally entitled to. Overall do not book flights with TravelUp.

Booked flights for Etihad through them. Tried to contact them to make sure flights were going ahead as I couldn’t see them through my Manage Booking section on Etihad website. Chatbot said it couldn’t confirm the flights and that I had to send an email. Sent an email to the address it gave me but the email bounced back as undelivered. Submitted a refund request, only to find out that it takes two months for a refund to process. Impossible to contact, they provide very little information/updates and are very slow to respond. Book directly through airline for a better experience
