Just ok
Attendant who was supposed to be checking people in never checked us in, just kept asking if we had an appointment and at what time. Also allowed people who had appointment times scheduled after us to go ahead of us even though we were there waiting.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! It's been 24 days since I sent my fit to fly swabs. I followed all the instructions. Still no result. This meant that I had to pay £300 for express tests at Heathrow Airport, as well as the loss of money and time spent calling the centre it has caused so much emotional trauma!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE GOVERNMENT APPROVED LIST.

Do not use this company!
I have purchased a test from this company 4 days ago without checking the way the test was going to be delivered (self - swab). After realizing that lots of travellers experienced issues with it, I decided to call them to ask for a refund within 1 hour of my purchase. They said they could refund me but they will keep 15£ off my purchase because I have used their system. How is this possible? They are such a bad company in dealing with the customer, within one hour you should offer a full refund for not doing anything. I was forced to accept the 15£ fee since they were not making exceptions. I will never use a company like you, and I won't recommend you to anyone.

If you were sorry you offer a refund!!!
Avoid this company, it’s a scam, taking peoples money without a result!!!!!
If your results are inconclusive you should be offered a refund. Very unhelpful, disappointed was an understatement. Please reconsider when booking your pcr tests.
Your results also take longer than they stipulate. Disgusted and scandalous!!!!

Make sure you have specimen number
They failed to record my sample missed 2 letters but answered my email with a phone call quickly and arrange a retest. Just make sure you make a note of sample number received PCR results within 10 hours

Unclear test result,has to do with another test with authentic clinic for travel, its result was rejected, not at all helpful, waste of time and money, had lot of stress as flight caceled

So far I had two tests with Eurofins…
So far I had two tests with Eurofins (one PCR day2 tests and one PCR pre-departure test. Both times I was able to have the test very quick within very little waiting time. Both times I also got the resuts very timely. Furhermore very good value!
