Driver caused car accident, resulted in my wedding running late.
I hired two buses to convey guests to my wedding. I was advised that one of the bus drivers looked very unprofessional with food on his jumper on the way to the wedding (which was still there on way back).
The same driver side swiped another car on the way to the wedding. He took a long time to exchange details and a few guests had to exit the bus and ask him to hurry up and actually get them to the wedding.
As a result my guests were late to my wedding and it held up the reception.
I emailed the company advising them of the incident and did not receive a response.
Extremely disappointing to say the least.
I feel terrible I put my loved ones in an unsafe situation and feel embarrassed to have hired this company.

You and your team were SO SO accommodating and gracious towards us. We hired a bus for our airport transfers for 30 people. I highly recommend travel safe our driver Jenny was amazing and on time. The bus was very comfortable thank you would definitely use again.

50th Anniversary 1st Lunar Landing Coach support
Excellent service and support. All the drivers were very helpful and courteous. A lot of the passengers were elderly and they were assisted as much as possible by the drivers
The coaches were on time, at every stage.

Amazing service
Thank you Travelsafe for providing our service on Fri the 5th of July. Everything went very well and I have some particular comments I wish to make.
Firstly, quotes were provided very quickly and were incredibly competitive. Keith was great to work with, and was friendly and professional, helping us work within our vey strict budget.
Secondly, we had to make some last minute adjustments due to numbers, and although this took a little while to organise, I believe it was done as quickly as was possible.
The bus was a little dated, but for a budget service this was to be expected. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was very punctual, friendly and professional.
We would definitely book again for any future travels.
