Above and beyond
Paul and Danny went above and beyond to make the trip happen - even after I had a change of plans. The driver on the day was excellent. Made a 4 hour trip seem like 30 mins.

Outstanding company
I used Travel Safe for 3 separate golfing groups, involving airport transfers, transfers to three golf courses, and a leisure day of use by the groups. Everything went like clockwork. “I thought they were good. People said we looked like the A Team” from a staff member who was on the bus.
“I’m happy with their service. They were on time and knew where they were going + they let us eat our lunch on the bus – not all companies are happy with food and drinks.” from another staff member who was on the bus.
For the booking side of thing, I thought you were great with getting things sorted last minute. It was easy and quick.
The only thing I would suggest is that if we can get the drivers details prior and not on the Friday past 5pm for a booking on Sunday as I didn’t see the email until Monday. By that time it was too late to pass the information on to our staff member. If you cannot get the drivers details any earlier, I would suggest the drivers details should be sent by text to the Bus Co-ordinator or staff member as you would have their mobile number at time of booking.

Amazing Bus Hire for Site Tour
I had an excellent journey with Travelsafe. The bus driver, Ivan, was extremely helpful and was more than happy to accommodate any changes throughout the day. I would definitely use Travelsafe again and recommend it to anyone would need to hire a bus.

Fantastic service - prompt, easy, reliable
Booking experience, service and price were fantastic - could not fault them at all.
My only complaint would be that the driver on the return trip was surging the entire way. Must need some more practice!

Good Service and Value for Money
Not having been on this trip personally, I would not presume to pass comment on the bus ride itself. Though I can confirm there were no passenger complaints of any sort. What I will say is that the process from ‘Request for Quote’, to payment and beyond, was very seamless. The one thing I did find very helpful was the reminder/confirmation email that was sent the day before.

Hobart Crew Were Amazing
Thank you very much for the service on the Friday 9th August 2019, Josh and the team who moved our staff from the Hobart Airport to The Old Woolstore in the city provided an exceptional service.
We had one flight cancelled on us and Josh called to confirm what flight the team had managed to eventually get on and they arranged to have the staff picked up at the newly scheduled arrival time.
We would highly recommend the team and if need was to occur that we required a similar service would use them again.

Picked on time.
Picked on time came early when requested and added a drop off. The driver was great the guests spoke highly of the service. I hired the van to take my extended family to a wedding they all said the same great so special thanks to the driver. Would use this service again if needed.
