I use TravelKon in Europe ad few dident countries and no issues for last 3 weeks....i hope stay like this for next week's

Utilised this service during a Mediterranean cruise. Opted for TravelKon as it was the only one we could find that included Montenegro. We found very good reception on land and even could utilise on-board the cruise ship a lot of the time as I assume we weren't too far off shore. The only concern we had was too difficult to see how much data we had left if it wasn't for that it would have got a 5 star.

always drops out in china and some places in japan and its not quick not 5g many places only 4g

Not having used an esim before it was a bit of a nervous wait to see if it works when I arrived at my destination. Unfortunately it was not an immediate thing that kicked in the moment I landed, and despite a bit of fumbling around I couldn't get it to work at the airport.
It was only when we got to our hotel (without google maps but instead had to rely on old fashion paper maps at the train station), getting wifi, and a bit of fiddling around, did the e-sim kick in. Once it was in however, everything was smooth sailing.

Travelled in remote areas in Borneo, never once lost connection, was wonderful thanks

This is the third year I have used Travelkon for my holidays.
Great customer service in the first year and since then have had no issues.

Works like a charm. Used in the Netherlands and Belgium. Didn’t have any issues. Previously also used Orange and 3UK, comparable so I say get the best value one.

Fast and easy. Works when landed.

The travelkon team support is excellent! I got stuck a couple of times installing the eSim and they solve things very quickly which is so important while travelling. They are available on WhatsApp so I was able to contact them easily and they answer almost instantly. I would recommend them to everyone travelling!

I was nervous about switching to this sim for my travels- I had nothing to worry about. Worked perfectly for my month-long travels. Being able to chat with somebody instantly over messager with any installation worries was so helpful. Will be using this next travels

10/10 - don’t consider anywhere else for travel sims!

I wanted to buy an esim before I travelled overseas to make it easier for me when i got to my destination, I came across TravelKon, pricing was very reasonable, also customer service was great. will use TravelKon again.

TravelKon eSIM has been recommended by my brother in law as a great way to stay in touch whilst on the move and this service has an excellent review rating. Looking forward to using my eSIM on my next trip to Europe and Turkey in 4 weeks time.

TravelCon esim installed at home prior to going to Sri Lanka didn't work. Ended up getting alternative physical sim from Airport. Ended up being a waste of time and money.

This is my honest experience. Travelkon emailed and offered a full refund if l was to change my review and give them 5 stars. I would prefer to forfeit the refund believing potential customers are made aware that this product didn't work on arrival to my destination despite following the installation instructions. Also Travelkon using tactics to alter any negative reviews.

Very easy to use and easy to install. Took only a few seconds. Works well.

Excellent customer service, prompt response time and very happy with my travel sim.
