Easy to travel
I found this card so easy to use overseas, no one rejected it and mostly I could just tap it to use it. Topping up the card was easy too. Highly recommend

Travelex is worth using overseas
When we buy different currencies and we make the payment straight away it takes a few day to show up in our transaction and is not instant. This is really annoying when you are overseas and you have to top up your card!

The agent in Nelson (and shamefully have forgotten his name) was excellent on all 3 of our interactions.
He "went the extra mile"
I was also able to observe him deal with other customers while waiting, and he showed the same patience and kindness to all. A difficult task as many of the queries would have been the same old, same old!
