You are charged for an upfront payment and the car never comes, there’s no way you can contact them, no phone number, just an email nobody will respond to.

Booked a taxi as travelling late at night and no public transport available. They cancelled within 24hours of booking saying no cars available. Still haven’t received my 50% deposit, going through credit card to hopefully receive refund back! Please AVOID massive SCAM!!! Abouslute Liars as well, said they hardly ever cancel!!!

This site is a big time scammer. used it to book a taxi in Alghero, Sardinia. Waited almost an hour but no reply. Later got email saying that Taxi couldn’t be found. But half the taxi fare needed to be paid in advance. Sent email for refund and some representative names LUCA mailed back saying advance payment will be refunded in 5-9 days. But its already been 2 weeks. No refund till now. Already mailed 3-4 times but no reply and now the email id doesn’t exist.
Such a sh**ty scam site.

Booked a cab from Amalfi to Praiano in Italy for dinner. Confirmation email received.
Waited and waited , cab never arrived .
Received message from “Luca” next day advising cab wasn’t available …. Yeah had already figured it out
Refund of 50% still not received and no response to my initial emails
Avoid at all cost! Walking would be more reliable

Well I arrange for a car in Italy and a deposit was taken, I day before the scheduled trip they cancelled the car but still took the deposit l. I struggled to find another ride but fortunately managed to locate one but they have still not paid back my deposit. It has been around 12 days now and they do. It reply to emails. So stay away from this rip off merchant.

No reply to email...overpaid as though transaction didn't go through. No contact number. This is a scam DO NOT USE. I'm out a pocket and had to book another taxi as no contact made.

I booked a taxi from Ortygia to Catania. I paid 48 euro deposit. Afterwards I received an email telling me that they did not find a taxi or driver for this service. So I had to find another. I have been asking for the refund but no answer from this so called taxi company. They did not even have the decency to reply to any of my emails, as they do not have a contact number. Do not trust these SCAMMERS. It has been 11 days but no reply or refund. Please be careful and do not trust this company. I gave 1 star as couldn't give a 0star.

I've been had too. Don't use them!! I think that money is long gone. Furious. As someone said, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

On vacation in Italy, I made a reservation for a taxi to take us to the airport the day before our departure. I immediately received a confirmation email telling me that information about the driver would follow.
The next day, departure day, having still not received the information, I sent them an email (the only way to contact them).
It is then 2:30 p.m. and the taxi is supposed to arrive at 5 p.m. when I receive the response that the taxi that was reserved for me is no longer available and that they do not have any others available.

So here I am, 2 hours before my departure with no way to get to the airport. I immediately sent an email back asking how a taxi that was confirmed to me as available could suddenly no longer be available. I also asked them what would have happened if I had not sent an email, would they have even informed me that my taxi had been cancelled.
Needless to say, of course I didn't receive a response.

Same booked car 43 taken no cab available hour later countless emails ignored absolute scumbags I have a solicitor on to it they should be taken of the Google.

Scam. Do not trust them. They ask for a prepayment of 50% and than they cancel by email saying that they don't have any available taxis. We haven't been refunded.

Booked a car to pick us up and take us to an olive farm cooking class we had booked and paid for, as well as a car to pick us up and return home. At the time of booking, paid 50% for each of the bookings (48 Euro each). Received confirmation emails for both bookings. Pick up time was 8:30am but at 8:50am still no car. Consequently, missed the cooking class, costing 220 Euro and not refundable! I emailed the company asking for an explanation and a full refund. At 1:10pm, received two emails, both saying the driver they had found for my bookings were no longer available. Not much help telling me that almost 5 hours AFTER the arranged pick up time!! The emails also said I would receive a refund within 5-9 days.......we shall see??? After reading the other reviews here, I'm not holding much hope.

Found the hard way that it’s a scam… I received the confirmation email to say booking is completed, was given a reference number & told to wait for the driver to contact me.
He never did. I got worried, so I emailed them several times. No body replied to me. No taxi showed up. Money was taken, but service wasn’t provided … and we booked 3 different trips with them… no way to cancel the other 2 now… 0 stars, and karma, I hope it comes for you!

Even 1 star is higher ranking for them. Big scammers, they confirmed the taxi, waited long no taxi appears. 58 euro prepayment and no one responds now. Only then I realised that there is no contact number. I wish I could have read the comments before ordering. And the amount is gone. Never use them. I don't understand the positive feedbacks amongst reviews, seems there is no existing service, just lying people as top ranked taxi providers.

Booked a taxi from Positano back to Salerno, paid a €48 deposit. Taxi never showed up, and a day later got an email from “Luca” saying the taxi wasn’t available and they couldn’t find us a new one, and we would be refunded in 5-9 business days. It’s now August 3rd and no refund. Will be contacting my bank to see if they can help. Do not use, avoid this company at all costs if you’re in Italy.

Scam! I paid 50% deposit for my booking and no more information is received. Don’t use it. No customer service, no contact number is provided.
