Great customer support. Just perfekt!

I contacted Travel Blue as my travel neck pillow had a leak at the seam. This item has a fleece cover which is removable for washing. I emailed them to enquire whether it was possible to buy a replacement inflatable inner. They replied that this was not available but said if provided certain information/photos they would send me a complete new pillow! This arrived the following day. Their customer service far exceeded my expectations and is so refreshing nowadays. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

first i bought a neck pillow which immediately lost air. after a very nice and quick contact with supprt, i immediately received a new pillow which works perfectly so far. i hope it stays that way! ;-) Conclusion: good and fast support, although I no longer had a purchase receipt

I've been looking for a particular type of folding bag since 2007! Having seen it on a website where the customer support address was given, I thought I'd try my luck. I had a quick response from Milli, who, after asking if I was on Amazon, arranged for the page in Spain to be opened for a short time to enable me to purchase from the EU website as they're no longer available in the UK. I did, and was amazed at the speed of delivery!

Excellent service and response when the lid of my reusable bottle broke shortly after I bought it.
Staff responded quickly to my email and even when I didn’t have a receipt, within a week I received a new bottle.

Upon reaching out to customer service, I was met with a positive response, and they promptly replaced the item. I simply want to record my gratitude for the trouble taken by Travel-Blue to replace a much- loved and used microbag which I lost recently. These bags are exceptional: capacious, strong, durable and so easily packable into an integral pouch. Both product and customer service outstanding. Am so grateful!

I had bought the Travel Blue inflatable pillow which split along the seam 7 months after purchase. Since the pillow was covered by a 24-month guarantee, I contacted the company with my complaint. They gave swift follow-up and replaced the faulty pillow with a new one of my choice. Greatly appreciated that and will recommend to anyone!
