I cancelled this booking a few hours…
There was a misunderstanding on my part re a refund due to it being the Easter weekend.
This has now been resolved .

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Travala is wonderful for using crypto for bookings especially using their app for a straight forward booking.
⭐️As they are a third party expect quite lengthy delays and timeframes for changes, credits, reissuing tickets etc. I experienced a 3 month wait to get a credit for a flight this is probably the airline not them, i had a week wait to get flights reissued using credits. Just a heads up in case you have a short turnaround it wont happen due to being a third party you have to get them to submit your requests.
⭐️Very responsive chat/email support.

Misleading checkout cost me a US$65 discount
I've spent roughly $50k with Travala over the past year and generally had great experiences. However, on a recent flight booking, toggling the partial AVA payment silently removed my 10% USDC (SUI) discount, a $7.53 AVA payment cost me roughly $65 in lost discount. The amount doesn't really matter, the point is there is no warning, no confirmation prompt.. the discount line just disappears from the price breakdown... Travala - please add an explicit warning when enabling partial payment removes ANY discounts.
The customer support used to be excellent, but the responses I received on this issue felt like templated AI generated replies.. rather than a genuine attempt to help a long time customer.
