This was my first of what will be many more purchases from the Pozzo Wine Club. Good prices and even better service. The wines we ordered are very difficult to get and was even able to start my vertical. When FedEx screwed up the delivery because we were on vacation (despite a vacation hold and asking FE to hold it at a local FedEx center) and FedEx returned the wine. Simone and her team got it sent back on their dime. This is superb service and shows that they care.

I would recommend the Pozzo Wine Club to everyone who enjoys fine Italian wine. I was very pleased with the selection and prices. It was extremely easy to order and Simone followed up to guarantee the order and delivery to me in Washington DC. This is truly a first class Italian wine club.

Visited Montalcino a couple years ago and fell in love with the city and their incredible wine. After buying direct from a couple vineyards, I started signing up for offers and Il Pozzo eventually sent an offer for the 2016 vintages of Brunello di Montalcino. The prices were fair, with shipping included, and the selection of wines is difficult to find through distributors in the US. Ordering was a simple process. I exchanged emails detailing my order, after which they directed me to a secure payment page where I gave them my billing info. It took a couple weeks for the shipment to arrive, assuming they arrange bulk shipments to an importer in the US that distributes it individually one it arrives from Italy. The short waiting period wasn't a concern since we intend to wait several years before opening any of the bottles. Everything arrived in tact in the typical styrofoam packaging for a case of wine. They even followed up with me after they got the delivery notification to make sure everything arrived without issue. Overall, I really enjoyed their service.

Simone and his team are exceptional. They found some specific wines from Argiano for my second order. The relationships they have throughout Tuscany means better access to fabulous wines at great prices. Can’t wait to return in person and thank them. I highly recommend Il Pozzo Wine Club!
