SSE energy. Are THIEFS! After a nightmare to settle my account. (It was with them), I left to a better company. I was with SSE 2 week. I have pay as you go metter, electric and gas. yesterday, After 2 month I Received a letter, "I own the 20" pounds.. But it doesn't say if is electric or gas. "This is not a bill" just a debt. They want 20 pounds for nothing.. I change company with money in both metters, Then,there is no "bebt" But this thiefs wants money. They seems to have immunity to pich money.
The letter said, "Unpaid final bill" but there is not bill.
SSE just want to steel my money!
As soon as they get your name and address they start comiting fraude. They know there is now debt.. But they send letters claiming un existed debts.

Terrible company.
Terrible company.. to think I have been paying in to this for so long .. very unhelpful .. do not communicate properly and very reluctant to help.. I had money taken out of my bank account under their name . They said it had nothing to do with them so not bothered to write an email to my bank to confirm that. I called about 10 times .. NOTHING ..

Fraud in the offer.
They gave me a offer by phone. They did not tell me the truth. I asked for the recording of the call and Avatel did not want to give me ir. I had a lot of problems to cancel my contrat and I could not recover the money of wrong invoices.
