Worst online shopping experience ever

the parcel did not arrive. After 33 days I asked for a refund. they refused, I was informed that I had to wait until the parcel arrived and when I refused to accept it then they would start the refund procedure. the problem is that for 8 days on the parcel tracking website there is still the same information, it is not updated so it is not known when it will arrive or if it will arrive at all. I am totally disappointed that they do not want to return my money. the worst online experience, never again shopping in this store. be careful when buying online. best to avoid if you do not want to lose your money

🚨 Terrible Experience at Tenpin Eastbourne – Customers Beware! 🚨

I recently visited Tenpin Eastbourne, expecting a fun night out, but instead, I was treated with complete disrespect by the manager, Sami. Her behaviour was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.

As soon as I spoke to a staff member, the manager raised her voice, spoke to me in a rude and demeaning manner, and when I politely asked her to stop shouting, she called security for no reason to cover herself. The security guard, who was actually polite and understanding, even advised me to email a complaint to the management—which shows that this isn’t the first time something like this has happened.

This is NOT how a business should treat its customers! I have already reported this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, but I want to warn others about the lack of professionalism at this venue. Customer service is just as important as making money, and Tenpin Eastbourne has failed miserably in this regard.

❌ I do NOT recommend Tenpin Eastbourne until serious action is taken against this manager. ❌

If anyone else has experienced similar behaviour at this venue, I encourage you to speak up and report it. No paying customer should have to deal with this level of disrespect!

MILOMIAMOR LIMITED

MILOMIAMOR LIMITED, terrible company they don’t even deserve a single star, placed an order with them which never delivered, contacted them to let them know that I didn’t receive the item however when u check tracking it shows it’s delivered which I’m it’s been either delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all, no photo prove no refund not even a collaboration to investigate with carrier .

horribile experience with dr.azar zeynalov

hello,
day 20th of august 2024 i had middle facelift and cheek implants with de.azar zeynalov and everything about the experience was a horribile nightmare and 5 months post surgery still is..

Been told for a spanish speaker and only when landed in turkey they told me that its not possibile.
Had the surgery and woke up with horribile horribile pain that was not normal, the second day the left side implant was pushing on my eye and felt so different from the other, told the assistant and the doctor did not even bother to come and check it, they old me its all normal.
I was all the time so swallen and still 5 months after. I have 2 different sides, bad eye scare and no facelifting at all.
Been in the very hard time and situation i use to ask questions to the assistant which they never replied.
they just told me to wait for healing!!!
Now looking to get it fixed from another doctor.
Please be carefull because he is a butcher not a face doctor.

Amazing service!

Amazing service, they have taken care of me from the start. Especially Soha my advisor was amazing when it came to answering my question. Really comfortable experience as well!! Would highly recommend.

This websites constantly misleadings…

Trustly Group AB. This is the company that took money from my bank account.I was hook to online investment hearing that some people were successful. One company called up and offer investment with $200 deposit and then the company will add as promo $300 so that I can start. But another person came in and asked me to deposit addition $500 to start the business. At this time I was already doubtful so I called my bank about a fraud. My bank confirm that this company took GBP177.29 on Oct. 11/23 and advise me to call first the company so I did contacted but the company is only a money collector according to its text message to me so I asked them the name of company because there is a fraud transaction happened. No answers came after so I told my bank and my bank Halifax confirmed this this company Trustly is a bank.There was a formal case filed by my bank but later on my bank sent me a letter informing me that the case is now resolve and there is nothing more I can do because I was charge a fee for a bank transfer with less secure. I think this another idea of getting money for a legit operation. I can remember during the negotiation of the deposit I told the lady talking to me that at that time I don't have mu debit card as temporarily cancelled by my bank because I complained a fraud transaction and it can be available after 2 to days. But the lady told me I can pay the deposit if I have an online banking. So I opened my online banking and there I don't know how she took the money. Later I opened again my online banking and there I saw the amount taken and called my bank right away about this fraud transaction.

Good experience

Tracking is not great but the products were intact. I highly recommend it if you don´t mind to wait a couple of weeks for the pouches to arrive. The only downside is the price for shipping. If you are going to charge people 10 euros at least give improve the communication with the customer.
